Floating dock/ Kayaks/ Paddle Board- Lots of Space

House is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom.
Master bedroom has queen size bed, television and desk (with monitor). Master bathroom is very spacious with plenty of room and shower.
Spare bedroom has set of bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) and a twin size bed. There is also a television.
Living area has plenty of room for entertaining and hanging out. It features a 6 person table perfect for dinner or game night.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils.
Washer and dryer also available for use.
The back deck has a sitting area and patio table, perfect for meals outside enjoying the beautiful river view.
The dock is huge and boost an open area that is great for fishing. Our family has had great luck catching fish at dusk!
Coffee on the back porch watching the wild life in the morning is one of my favorite things to do!

The area is perfect for a weekend getaway, solo trip, family trip, friends trip, or any occasion.
Rainbow river is located about15 minutes away.
Red's restaurant is at the corner and perfect for a nice breakfast.
Stumpknockers is located just around the corner and serves lunch, dinner and drinks. They have a great outdoor area.
Blue Gator is about 20 minutes away and serves some awesome Gator Tail! Bigtub in the master does not work!!

Family time

The owner or manager was good at responding to questions. I was very disappointed the house was on dirt road with trailers homes on the street. This house was dirty on porches and outside. The inside had old sliders very hard to open to back porch. Was kinda dirty or maybe just old and can’t clean up nice. It served the purpose to sleep and see. The beautiful springs BUT not to b rude was not worth the money to stay and I would not go back! We made the best of it and that’s all that matters

Pure Heaven

The springs were so beautiful to fish in. The house was ready for us with a completely stocked kitchen, well decorated rooms and wonderful screened in porch to enjoy the romantic nights.

Great Vacay!

Great vacay. Property was amazing … everything that you would want/need was there. Screened in lanai and boathouse made evenings enjoyable. Outdoor fun - kayaks, paddle board, ping pong… indoor fun - foosball, board games, karaoke… lots of local food and fun venues… property owner was readily available to help with and resolve a concern… Thank You for a great stay!

Beautiful Modern Home - Right on the River

We had a great time! Very relaxing, we fished and grilled everyday. Plenty of outdoor space to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet and play some fun board games at night. 15 mins from the beautiful Rainbow River where you can tube peacefully and enjoy the refreshing springs. Megan and her husband were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing trip. We hope to return soon!

So much to do!

Host was very responsive. Communication was key! Told host that we were coming to celebrate a birthday ans she added some decorations. Everyone enjoy all the games outdoor toys available.

River relaxation

This home was exceptional. My hubby and I loved the decor, the cleanliness, the comfort and quality. Just the right amenities. A perfect place to relax with great outdoor porch and a screened gazebo right to the dock. We could not have wanted for more. I hope to return for a longer stay next time. Just perfect. .

Hi! We are a small family that loves doing little projects so bought this River House to fix up and spend time at it. During the fix process, we were introduced to the idea of sharing the house with others and here we are!

This house is our home away from home and will have everything that you need. We spend multiple days a month here making sure everything works properly and it is stocked with essentials to make your vacation better! You will enjoy the beautiful, open back yard and newly built floating dock! Deer, flamingos, hawks, and alligators can all be spotted from the back lanai at different times!

What makes this property unique

Huge dock over the water that is perfect for fishing! We also just added a floating dock that makes getting on the water a little bit easier. The floating dock is also perfect to just sit and relax on!
