Come enjoy our newly remodeled condo!

Welcome to your home away from home! This condo has everything you need for a great getaway. Featuring the largest deck in the complex, it is complete with a propane grill for hosting family dinners. The master bedroom has a cozy king bed and LCD TV, and the master bathroom has a walk-in shower as well a large bathtub for a relaxing soak. The loft bedroom has a pull-out couch to accommodate two more guests and an additional bathroom nearby. The bedroom off the loft has a queen bed and shares the bathroom with the loft. Downstairs is where the real fun is with bunk beds and one single bed, and its own bathroom for the kiddos. We also offer a washer and dryer on the lower level. The open concept layout provides ample room to relax after a long day of exploring. There is a large smart TV in the living area and a full equipped kitchen for cooking a delicious breakfast for the family. This unit is on the main level entry for easy loading and unloading.

We have plenty of fun options for day trips near the condo. These include a relaxing soak and lunch at the Pagosa Hot Springs, the beautiful mountains of Telluride, historic Mesa Verde, and of course Silverton and Ouray which make this condo a great base camp for all your adventures in the beautiful San Juan mountains.
There are endless hiking trails, mountain biking trails, fishing, ATV and UTV trails, etc. Purgatory Ski Resort also has plenty to do in every season for the whole family. The town of Durango is 26 miles south with shopping, dining, rafting, walking trails, and our gorgeous Animas River. And of course, the biggest tourist attraction yet, the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad which departs from Durango and is complete with a full museum displaying this wonderful piece of history. Great stay

We have now stayed here twice, and this time was an improvement over the last. We had a wonderful stay, and the space is perfect for our two families to enjoy a ski trip. Plenty of room, fireplace, easy access, and very convenient to Purgatory.We hope to be able to stay here again in the future -- it's so convenient and provides everything needed for a great stay.

Everything was just as the pictures showed. The only thing is there needs to be a light bulb replaced in the stairwell from the parking garage.

Updated Condo in Prime Location

The property was very nicely decorated and stocked with all essentials. Being a mile from the ski hill was great along with the covered parking. Would definitely stay here again when coming to ski Purgatory!

Absolute blast

This property is only about a 2 minute drive over to purgatory but you pay so much less to stay there. The actual condo is huge and even with our party of 8 had plenty of space for us. The hot tub and heated pool are also a necessity after a day on the slopes. This is our second time staying at this condo and plan to come back again in the future.

Great Condo

Great location between Durango and Silverton. Beautiful views. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for entire family, highly recommend it. Has a hot tub and pool, pool is cold.

Perfect stay!

This condo is super clean and had everything we needed. This is our second stay at Cascade Village and we liked this unit better than the first one. It’s an end unit so there was extra space. There were only 4 of us but this unit would easily accommodate two families. Great choice close to the slopes and amazing location.

Great Location for a Family Gathering

The location and conveniences provided by this property exceeded our expectations. We had prompt and clear communications with the managers. We were very happy with our stay and were even able to extend it an extra day.

Beautiful view, close to Purgatory

This property was absolutely perfect for a bunch of adults to get together for a snowboarding trip. We didn’t take advantage of the shuttle unfortunately but it didn’t even matter because Purgatory was so close that everything worked out perfectly. Indoor pool/ hot tub and the outdoor hot tub came in soooo clutch it was amazing. Would love to stay here again.

Great Home Away from Home!

Property has been updated since we stayed 6 years ago. It’s spacious, clean and close to Durango and Silverton. Everyone fit comfortably and had their own bed and space. It was clean and well-stocked with plenty of kitchen essentials and extra towels/linens. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay near Durango and Silverton!

Absolutely beautiful place with all you need for a fun family getaway!

This was our first time getting a property for a family Christmas skiing vacation and this was wonderful. The location is perfect for catching the shuttle to Purgatory, eating at the Cascade Village restaurant or utilizing their hot tub, pool and game room. There’s lots of space for everyone to spread out but also great places for gathering together for fun. The property manager was very responsive to any issue/ questions we had!

Wonderful Property near Durango

The property was beautiful and spacious. We loved having three separate bathrooms & bedrooms. It is located very close to Purgatory, about a half hour drive from downtown Durango. We enjoyed having it as a home base for the activities we did in the area.

Cascade Village Condo - close to Purgatory Ski

Our family of six loved this condo! Well stocked with everything we needed from beds, kitchen and baths. Plenty of seating very comfortable for us all. It has beautiful wrap around deck to enjoy eating outside when weather permitted. Ski gear rentals on site with shuttle to Purgatory Ski- fantastic! Pool and hot tub perfect for after a day out skiing. Hope to go back in the future in the summer or fall to go hiking. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an out of town getaway. Beautiful mountain views!

Great Location!

Condo was exactly what we needed! We had two family’s and it was plenty large with adequate sitting/dining room. Beds were comfy, plenty of closet storage, and view was amazing! Found all four faces in the painting above fireplace, so fun! Kitchen well stocked with crockpot, Tupperware, plenty of pantry storage. Would recommend bringing your own large skillet… there's was pretty small/warped/chipped and your own electric griddle for pancakes etc. Corner condo closest to pool/trash bin with large deck. Parking is great under the building, firewood provided. Highly recommend!

Great Condo!

We loved our time at this condo during the first week of January. It was very clean and had no trouble accommodating our group of 8. I will say the pull out bed was frame was not fantastic, but we ended up putting the memory foam mattress from it on the floor and that worked great. The kitchen was stocked better than any other we have stayed it. There was not one thing we needed! The location next to the ski shuttle was great and the covered parking was nice. We didn't realize it when we got there but you can drive up to main level and unload your bags at that door without having to haul everything upstairs. We will definitely stay here again.

Decent stay- close to Purgatory

The property was convenient both inside of the Cascade Village property and in relation to Purgatory. We really like the guys at Performance Sports inside CV and the rentals are very convenient. The fireplace along with free firewood is a plus and the ability to load/unload without going up and down stairs is good. That being said, we’ve stayed at other properties in CV and this one could use some more attention to cleaning and lacks a well-stocked kitchen. Lots of dead (or dying) flies in nearly every room (which we cleaned up every day), 2 tub drains wouldn’t work properly and the coffee pot was broken. Also, if you’re interested in a hot shower after a long day of skiing, the hot water isn’t plentiful and the shower pressure is poor. Many items in the kitchen had been stored dirty. Kind of disappointing. We’re looking to find a great place to visit at this time year after year. Planning to keep looking.
