- Safety & Cleaning: Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI Purify advanced cleaning protocols.
- Guest Screening: ID verification upload, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background screening required.
- Security: Outdoor security cameras and noise/crowd-gathering sensors (non-recording).
- Local Vacation Regulations: The city of Destin has an ordinance for noise, occupancy, parking, and conduct. We will communicate these to you and require compliance.

Guest Screening: For the protection of you and others. Guest is required to give host permission to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases prior to final confirmation of the reservation. o 13% State, County, and Local sales and lodging taxes. If the booking agent (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) does not collect the full amount of taxes, any uncollected amounts will be collected directly by the host from the guest no later than 30 days prior to check-in.
o NO Smoking (Inside or Outside of home) policy is strictly enforced, NO exceptions. The owner has allergies.
o NO events or parties. The home has noise /crowd monitoring and outdoor cameras in place.
o Minimum age 25 years old. 1 adult 25+ years old for every 3 minors. Due to restrictions, insurance, and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to (i) guests under the age of 25, or (ii) student/college groups. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the entirety of the reservation. ID's will be checked upon booking and verified onsite at check-in and throughout the stay. We reserve the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage or in violation of this or other Rental Agreement provisions. No refunds upon eviction.
o Pool. NO Glass. Swim diapers must be used for younger children and babies in the pool.
o Furniture/decor at the home is always changing. The photos may vary from how the house is presently staged.
o City of Destin enforces strict parking regulations. You cannot park on the grass, over the sidewalk, on the street, or in the right-of-way. Large trucks, vans, or SUVs may not allow for maximum parking. Fall through Spring the driveway may be shared with a family resident of a garage apartment (separate entrance, no access to main house, pool or amenities)
