It is only 15 minuets to the beautiful beaches and 10 minutes to downtown Charleston. Pets are welcome with an additional $50 pet fee. There is a large fenced in shady backyard.

You can walk to downtown Park Circle in just minutes. It is a 15-20 drive to the beaches and 10-15 to Historic downtown Charleston.

Our goal is to keep our bungalow well maintained and secure for all of our Guests. We want you to enjoy your visit; hopefully, these house rules will help you enjoy and understand our property.
As a guest, I agree to the following terms and conditions: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The premises are to be used only as a private vacation residence for registered Guest (s). Guests will only allow occupancyof the number of guests on the reservation. No Parties or group gatherings. The maximum number of Guest (s) five (4) persons.
2. The person booking the reservation must be over the age of 21 and be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
3. Smoking: 100% Smoke-Free home. Guest (s) can smoke outside on the property grounds inside the backyard. Any sign of smoking inside will result in a $500 extra cleaning fee will be charged.
4. Storage of Food Items: Guests to maintain a clean environment outside the cabin by not leaving food items out. Food items should be kept inside to prevent attraction of bugs.
5. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in instructions will be provided to you via Airbnb messages before your arrival. Please bring printed check-in instructions with you the check-in information with you. Check-in is at 4 PM MST. Check-out time is 11 AM. MST. If you check out later than 11 AM, you will be charged a late checkout fee of $50 or twice the nightly fee if it exceeds 2pm. Check-out upon departure, put all garbage in plastic garbage bags then in the cans outside by the driveway, wash any dishes you used. Please leave the bedding on the bed.
6. Early check-in and late check-out requests are available for and an additional fee may be added based upon availability. These requests must be made 24 hours in advance. Please message in writing.
7. If the bungalow is left excessively dirty, we will charge an added check-out cleaning fee.
8. Any issues with the bungalow need to be brought to our attention right away during your stay so that we can make it right.
9. Lost and Found Items: We are not responsible for lost items or damaged items. In addition to shipping and handling charges to return items left behind, we charge a $25 fee to look for and retrieve lost items.
10. Cancellations: Our cancellation policy follows Airbnb's "strict cancellation policy" please refer to Airbnb site in addition to this policy; we do not provide refunds for unforeseen developments of weather including rain or snow storms. We strongly suggest that you purchase private travel insurance.
11. No Daily Maid Service: We provide bed linens and towels. There is no daily housekeeping. For reservations 14 days or greater a mid-stay clean is required for $120. A starter supply of bath soap, toilet tissue, and garbage liners will be provided; however, the Guest will need to purchase further supplies as they will not be replenished during your stay.
12. Guests Liability: Guests agree to accept liability for any damages caused to the property by guests or Guest's guests, including but not limited to landscaping, misuse of appliances, and equipment furnished. If damages are more than the damage waiver, the Guest agrees to reimburse owners for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items. The rental is equipped for housekeeping with dishes, cookware, silverware, and glasses. Please do not remove any furnishings, equipment, or items from the unit, including any linen, dishes or other items from the unit.
14. Guest understands that there is no guaranty that properties adjacent to the cabin will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic, or other guests or neighbors, and any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
15. Illegal and or Disruptive Activity: We reserve the right to remove any individual from the premises for any illegal or disruptive behavior on the premises. We reserve sole discretion in determining if a guest should be removed from the premises for illegal and or disruptive behavior. No arrest or conviction is necessary for us to remove an individual from the property. If an individual is removed from the property for such activity, no refund will be issued for money paid. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask that everyone respect each other's privacy and quiet enjoyment by keeping music, televisions, etc. at a moderate level at all times.
16. Hold Harmless: Owners do not assume any liability for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity, or plumbing. We will use its best efforts to ensure that all equipment within the unit is in good working order, although neither Manager nor Owner guarantees that any equipment will not break down during your stay. In the event of a breakdown, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remedy the situation as soon as possible after notification of the breakdown. Additionally, such a breakdown does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustments for any such mechanical failure. Nor will we accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond its control.
17. Internet: We do not guarantee internet and cable connectivity. If there happens to be an issue with the service it will be due to the provider and a tower being down and they promptly repair. The guest may contact the manager or owner to notify them of any issues. Guest understands that no refunds will be given for Internet connectivity issues or lack of service.
18. Walkways: The Guest is fully aware that the walkways can be dangerous, that they can be slippery when wet, and that injury is likely to occur to anyone not using caution. Guests should observe and adhere to all rules and policies as posted at the property. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of walkways and stairs into the bungalow.
19. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Some providers will include trip cancellation and interruption services, as well as emergency assistance and travel services, covering financial losses.
20. Natural Disaster Policy: We not offer refunds or reschedule bookings due to any natural disaster activity. If you are concerned about the possible interruption, cancelation or delayed travel due to natural activates out of our control, you are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance offers a comprehensive cancelation and interruptions policy, which can protect you not only in the event of weather-related storms but for sudden emergencies as well. Please see section 22 above for more information on travel insurance. Without travel insurance, no refunds will be given for storms, wildfire evacuations, or natural disaster. We are not liable for events that may interfere with your scheduled occupancy, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government agencies, fire, strikes of terrorism, and war.
21. Guest(s) expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Owner may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest (s), and that Guest(s) should purchase their insurance for Guest (s) and Guest(s)' Guests if such coverage is desired.
22. Guest(s) are personally responsible for damages to the home and its belongings. 25. Guest(s) traveling with pets are responsible for their pets and must keep them well behaved. They are to be on leach at all time while outside unless otherwise approved by owner. There is wildlife, chickens, and other distractions that could cause the dog to wonder. They may never bother or approach wildlife. If there is any damage due to the pet the guest(s) are responsible for the cost to fix the damage.
23. Aggressive dogs towards humans or other dogs are welcome on our property. The animal must be potty trained to be allowed to stay.
