Gründerhaus style and modernity united under one roof. In the 9th guests find the space for rest, enjoyment, shutdown as well as space for activities, playing together and experiencing. WLAN and Sky Q incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime offer the opportunity to relax after an active day or when the weather does not turn out as desired.

The 9 invites you to spend a cozy days in the Harz with their charm. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The third bedroom has two single beds, one of which can be pulled out to a double bed. In the cozy and rustic living room there is room for extensive reading sessions or social gathering.
In the center of St. Andreasberg, all facilities are within walking distance. The bakery is almost at the door and the local supermarket just a few minutes away. Ski and snowboard rentals are just a few blocks away in the same street. The same applies to the house garage, which is very welcome in the winter months.

The 9 has a terrace and a small garden that invite you to linger, enjoy the sunset and the tranquility.

Coffee lovers will get their money. You will find in the 9 a fully automatic Jura and a free mix of "fagilo" coffee.
Hiking trails, ski trails, summer toboggan run, paintball hall, pit Samson, mini golf, the spa house and the high ropes course are local activities.

In diesem gemütlichen alten Haus kann man sehr gut die Ferien verbringen. Die Ausstattung ist super, in einem so alten denkmalgeschützten Haus Zeit zu verbringen ist eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir können Haus und Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen.

… für jeden was dabei ….
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in einem wunderbaren Haus . Liebevolle Einrichtung , ausreichend Platz für Teenager , Leseratten und Langschläfer unter einem Dach . Biken auf dem Andreasberg , ausgedehnte Wanderungen oder zufriedenes Nichtstun, alles wurde den verschiedenen Ansprüchen gerecht, wir kommen wieder .

Unser Aufenthalt in St. Andreasberg im Harz war durchweg fabelhaft! Das Haus bot gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die umliegende Natur. Die Lage war ideal für Wanderungen und Erkundungen des Nationalparks. Die Gastfreundschaft und der Service waren hervorragend, was unseren Urlaub wirklich unvergesslich machte. Absolut empfehlenswert für jeden, der nach einer erholsamen Auszeit in der Natur sucht – eine klare Bewertung von "sehr gut"!

Eine mit Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, wo alt und neu perfekt zusammenpasst. Wir hatten eine tolle und erholsame Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl im zT historischem Ambiente gefühlt. Und der Bäcker direkt um die Ecke ist natürlich ebenfalls ein Hit.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 11 und 13 Jahre) hatten in dem wirklich sehr gemütlichen (verwinkelten) Haus mit einem schönen Küchen- und Wohnbereich eine schöne und entspannte Zeit in Sankt Andreasberg. Im Haus ist alles sehr durchdacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und die sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses. Der Ort verfügt über gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Supermarkt) in Laufnähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt...

Die Lage der Nr. 9 ist sehr zentral im Ort. Gute Ausgangsposition für Wanderungen. Die Ausstattung ist ohne Zweifel sehr gut - keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.

Es war alles gut soweit und wie beschrieben, Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder. Nur eine Kleinigkeit ist uns etwas negativ aufgefallen. Der Kaffesatz des kaffeeautomaten wurde wohl länger nicht entfernt. War etwas unschön, sonst alles super.
