Welcome to Casa TI
Welcome to a small but special casa in Ticino.
In the middle of nature and yet only 9 kilometers from the city center of Lugano, the Casa TI is surrounded by palm trees and stately trees, with a small lake, the Laghetto Origlio and impressive viewpoints nearby. Hiking and biking trails are on the doorstep.
The casa is outside the village, completely quiet, around it only nature, hiking trails, viewpoints, small lake, children's playground. Public transport can be reached on foot in 12 minutes. Own parking lot at the house. The casa is small (approx. 60 sqm), the property is large (more than 600 sqm).
Note: the daily tourist tax is already included in the rental price.
