Barcarola is a luxury apartment with swimming pool and sauna, suitable for two to four people.
The apartment is located on two floors in a new building, which is characterized by its modern architecture in the Lake Como.
On the upper floor there is a bright and spacious living room decorated in white, a designer kitchen and a large balcony with beautiful views of Lake Como and Comacina Island. Also on the upper floor is a double bedroom with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
A fresco, with which artists from Florence wanted to reflect the classic Mediterranean freshness in sepia, adds to the special atmosphere on the upper floor.
An internal staircase leads to the lower floor with the master bedroom. It has a private bathroom with a bathtub and a sauna, air conditioning and a walk-in closet. Through the glass sliding door of the bedroom you get into the garden with palm trees, olive trees and hydrangeas and the private swimming pool of three by four meters, from which you have a great lake view.
The parking lot is in front of the house and is marked on the street side with number 4. At the same place is also the stop for the bus to Como and Tremezzo.
The village center of Sala Comacina with bars, restaurants and shops is within a few minutes walk.
The rent includes electricity, water, gas and waste, as well as bed linen, hand and bath towels, WiFi and final cleaning.
Attention: To reach the lift you have to climb an external staircase with 60 steps which leads from the parking lot to the entrance of the house.
