Lovely house with all the amenities of home. The front yard is surrounded by lush fruit- bearing trees and plants and the backyard is a quiet oasis complete with a tree swing. The freshly remodeled bathroom is clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are decorated with neutral colors for peace and enjoyment.

Our stay at the Cozy home was great! The awesome back yard was amazing to have breakfast in and the communication with the host was quick and super helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Awesome!!

The home was lovely, clean, and well kept! The location was private with a nice yard, but still near to stores/other needs. Beds were comfy! The host was very friendly and thoughtful, and had the home well stocked with any basic needs for the stay.

The property manager Sadie was very communicative and very interested in our needs. The home was lovely, and my family and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We didn't have a single problem or issue. Highly recommend.

Perfect Home

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed this cozy home! We stayed during record breaking heat and the a/c units in the rooms kept the house comfortable. The backyard is amazing! Sadie is an amazing host. She was quick with communication, accommodating, and so kind. Staying here was truly home away from home for us.

I love hosting because I always imagine I’m getting my home ready for some family friends and I want it to be perfect every single time. I find a lot of joy in providing a wonderful home and exceptional experience from start to finish.

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We purchased the home for the fabulous backyard and still love to bring our kids to play there every chance we get.

What makes this property unique

Being a mother to small kids while traveling has definitely influenced my decisions when outfitting this home. I want kids and families to be comfortable and have the conveniences of home! I also love decorating so I’m always shopping for cute things for the home. This isn’t your average short-term rental home.
