From the ground floor, you have direct access to our large outdoor terrace, garden and relax zone but the most amaizing thing is roof with a great view, pool and sun decks

There is an obligatory safety damage deposit of 400 € which is to be arranged upon arrival directly with host.

Pet fee is an additional charge. Maximum 2 pets are allowed.

3 parking spaces are available. The pool is year-round, dimensions 8 m x 4 m, and the depth is 150 cm.
The property has 600 m2 and is completely fenced.
