Our cozy 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo is located on the second floor that is spacious enough for your romantic getaway or a small family retreat. Your guests can relax in the private community pool or enjoy the beautiful Atlantic beach just steps away from these villas. This condo has an entry shaded balcony overlooking the pool where you can relax after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom offers a private balcony that provides ocean views with amazing sunrises and sunsets.
This space opens to the well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for prepping meals or snacks. 

**Bring your own Beach towels**

You are just steps to the beach, North End Fishing Pier/Tiki Bar and undeveloped Freeman Beach, where you can drive your 4 x 4 vehicle. Bicycle racks are available for a short ride to boardwalk for dining, arcade, fireworks and live music in the summer.    Enjoy locally grown fruit/vegetables for purchase on Saturday’s at the Farmer’s Market in Carolina Beach. 
Great Courtyard pool with grill and sitting area complete this vacation package. Experience this lovely vacation destination at the popular Seascape Community. Off-street and Boat trailer parking available.

Nice property

Property was nice and owners very responsive and kind. Access across the street was blocked off where shore had been washed away and water in unit smelled STRONGLY of sulfur.

Great place to stay!

We had a great experience staying here! Very clean and the access to the beach was great, especially for the affordable cost! The pool was a huge plus for my 7 year old! And the 2nd toilet was a bonus!! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Property was very nice. Clean had everything I needed. We enjoyed the bedroom balcony ocean views in the morning with our coffee. The only thing I didn’t like was the beach access across the street was permanently closed, and of course that is not the owners fault that is Mother Nature taking its toll on the shore line. We would stay again for sure

Beautiful condo

I had a great time staying in this condo , Had everything we need it for my family vacation , The condo was just what we needed, several days of peace and quiet. It was the perfect size for my kids and I. The bed was really comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I loved the location away from the busy tourist area. Easy access to the beach.

Nice Condo With Everything You Need

This condo was well maintained, had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Loved the front balcony with ocean views. Nice quiet neighborhood on the North End, walking distance to the pier. Communication with rental company was excellent and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Home away from home

This was hands down the best beach trip we have ever taken. The area is perfect for families, even for teenagers. Safety is a plus and we felt very secure staying here. Night time is very quiet and peaceful. A short walk to the pier and about a 30 min walk to the boardwalk. This place is everything the owner states it to be. Only upgrade I would invest in is Keurig, and thats saying there isn't much needed here. You have it all! We will definitely book again!

Great location

It was a very clean property with a great location. We could walk to the North End Pier for drinks and then head to the beach super easily. The water in the unit smells strongly of sulfur so make sure to bring water for brushing teeth/drinking etc. Also, just because we didn't realize it, this is up four flights of stairs (about 10 steps each flight). We thought it would only be one flight so for my mom with some breathing issues this was a bit of a challenge. Great place overall!

Gorgeous views and location is perfect!

The biggest strength of this property is absolutely its location and view. Fantastic A/C and shower has great water pressure. It's in a very quiet part of Carolina Beach, with a small bar located in close walking distance. You'll have access to the condo pool and the little footwash nearby, which is a great way to keep sand off your feet and out of the unit. Unit was spotless upon checkin. If you are a bit squeamish about cleanliness in rentals, you'll be pleased to see all of the towels come packaged from the cleaning company so you know they're fresh. However, if you like to sleep past 8AM, you are not going to have a good time. This is the perfect beach to watch the sun rise on, so it didn't bother me. However, the bedroom gets incredibly bright and hot very early in the morning, especially with the hostile shade of orange the room is painted in reflecting off itself. Blackout shades would go a long way for future renters who don't get up before the sun. Also, the check in instructions did not include the SECOND code needed upon entry, so please update the instructions to include that and/or make it more clear in the instructions. As a prior review noted, the water does have a bit of a sulfuric smell given you're in a coastal community, but I'm pleased to report it doesn't transfer to your hair or skin so you only notice it when you first turn on the water. Even if you've got a great sense of smell like I do, it's really not a problem.

Nice Place, Great Location, Management Company Lacking Customer Service

The condo was very nicely appointed, and the location was great. For the most part, it was clean, however I did find mouse droppings during our stay, which was a bit unsettling. There were some minor things that needed repair (drywall in the bedroom) that made it seem a bit rundown. We did not spend a lot of time in the unit, so none of these things were a huge deal. My main issue is the response I received from the management company when I shared my concerns about the mice: “On the 3rd floor? Meaning 2nd floor above the carport. That's pretty odd for that to occur that high and in the middle of the complex. These units have pest control monthly. We've messaged serval times since your arrival last week. That's definitely odd that you would see something the night before you leave. We'll reach out to pest control to have them do a recheck. Thanks for reaching out, Coastal Carolina Property Group” This reads to me that they think I was fabricating the situation to scam them, and I was not even requesting any sort of discount/reduced rate. The whole interaction was very disappointing. I will probably not book with them again.

Things weren't together

Property manager didn't have his stuff together. Water smelled like rotten eggs. He told us to let the water run for 10 minutes. I ran it for much longer. It got some better but never went away. I'm thinking why didn't he do this before we came. There was a keyed door lock to the laundry that we didn't have a key to that our kid locked and he really didn't want to come out to unlock. The tub faucet wouldn't unlock from the shower head making it be on shower only. Property manager said that's why we listed it as a shower. No vacuum cleaner. Very tight unit. No assigned parking so just get back from dinner first. And roaches. I'm an average size person and I couldn't hardly fit on the toilet. It's like the smallest round toilet seat ever. The nest was programmed to go to 75 in the middle of the night so you would wake up hot. Also on the sunny days the master bedroom would get really hot from the sun hitting the door. The bathroom was always an ice box. The bathroom was so tight that it's like been on a boat. The furniture in the unit was nice and the bed was good. Right across the street from the ocean just south of the pier
