About this property

Plantation- Gated Comm 7 min north of RSW airport. Some new Furniture 10/22 & 4/23. 2 car attached, Tile and Composite floors, Laundry room w/ sink, landlord for over 15 yrs, great activity center w/ pools, No Golf membership. Corner lot, lake in backyard!! House made it through Hurricane IAN (9/22) w/ minimal damage or issues. - Thank God!! If you want February, MUST rent 2 more weeks in either Jan or March, i.e just NOT Feb ONLY. 3 Bed/2 Bath. Master Bath has walk in Shower. NO ANIMALS or SMOKERS, PLEASE. Renter must pay electric bill. Sorry, I’ve been hurt by renters abusing the electric. Owner will pay the water bill. Renter MUST pay a REFUNDABLE $500 DEPOSIT - to owner for any potential damages/theft. Thank YOU!
