About this property

The lovingly restored, Cantabrian stone house offers a total of two studios, each with 36m2, balcony, kitchenette and comfortable daylight bathroom with shower. Studio no. 1 is suitable for two adults and one child up to 12 years old (in an extra bed or Baby cot (for a fee on site).
The owner lives on the same property and is there for you with tips. In the house there is also a dining area for our guests, where they can play together or exchange experiences. Spanish course on request.
Our property is located with a wonderful panoramic view of the Atlantic coast in the north and the Cantabrian Mountains in the south. Only 12 km to clean, long beaches of Noja, Somo and much more. We offer a very quiet atmosphere with hardly any traffic. Just the right thing to feel comfortable in your vacation home after a discovery tour of our beautiful Cantabria. The garden is shared.
The apartment in the house of 70m2 + 30m2 sun terrace offers space for up to four people.
There is also a detached chalet on the same property with 70m2 of living space plus 20m2 of winter garden and terrace.
We would be happy to accommodate your family and friends (up to 12 people). Take a vacation and still live individually, enjoy our nature as a couple or as a single and explore Cantabria.

Cantabria rustica in Bestform

Hier passt alles: Landschaft, Lage, Umgebung – und die Wirtin Olga! Wer das ländliche Kantabrien erleben will, ist hier goldrichtig. Die Anfahrt vom Ort Beranga aus ist beim ersten Mal noch ein kleines Abenteuer, danach hat man sich an den gut einen Kilometer langen ungeteerten Landwirtschaftsweg gewöhnt und freut sich schon an der tiefgrünen Landschaft mit Hügeln, Wäldern und friedlich weidenden Kühen. Oben angekommen, empfängt die Wirtin Olga die Gäste persönlich und zeigt die gebuchte Unterkunft, in diesem Fall das Apartment/Studio 1. Zur Begrüßung gibt es eine Handvoll Öko-Zitronen vom fincaeigenen Baum. Die sind so gut, da kann man direkt die Schale abschlecken! Das Studio selbst und die gesamte Finca sind exakt so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Man kann entspannte Abende auf dem Balkon mit wunderbarem Blick in die grüne Landschaft und, bei klarem Wetter, mit Fernblick aufs Meer genießen. Wer mag, kann sich, wenn die Sonne brennt, auch runter in den schattigen Garten setzen. Trotz der absoluten Alleinlage der Finca ist man sehr schnell in angenehmen Küstenorten wie Ajo oder Noja oder auch der Regionalhauptstadt Santander. Olga kümmert sich persönlich um die Gäste und erfüllt schnell Wünsche zum Beispiel nach neuen Handtüchern oder frischem Wasser. Für deutschsprachige Gäste angenehmen: Olga spricht muttersprachliches Deutsch! Also: ein guter Tipp für Leute, die "La España verde" genießen, abseits vom Küstenrummel logieren, aber trotzdem schnell an den nächsten Strand gelangen wollen.

sehr wohlgefühlt und gut erholt

Wir haben uns in dem gut eingerichteten Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt und die liebevolle Betreuung durch unsere Gastgeberin sehr genossen. Wir bekamen von ihr zahlreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants und zum Leben in der Region. Die schöne Terrasse und der gepflegte Garten trugen zu einer erholsamen Urlaubswoche bei. Die zentrale Lage ermöglichte uns Tagesausflüge nach Bilbao, an die Küste und in die Berge.
