Charming and comfortable home!

We loved the home and how it was decorated. We found all the things we needed. The beds were overly soft and the pillows were too hard for our taste, but we know individually tastes vary. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and charming. We felt safe.

Cute bungalow in East Hill

Loved our stay in this cute and cozy bungalow. Perfect for our family of 3 plus two pups. We loved the fenced in backyard, well stocked kitchen and the close proximity to the Bayview dog beach. The beach is a quick 15 minute drive away. Beds were very comfortable and we felt right at home.

Fantastic experience and stay

My husband and I stayed here with our daughter while we visited UWF. It was the perfect home away from home. The home was exactly as stated. It was one of the most well equipped kitchens I have stayed in with vrbo! The neighborhood was so quiet and safe and beds were comfortable. We would return if in the area again.

Absolutely perfect!!

This is one of my favorite vacation homes I have ever stayed in! Beautiful house, very well furnished and extremely clean. Loved the fenced in yard for my doggy. Quiet, clean, and very friendly neighborhood. Lightning fast responses when messaging the host! I hope to visit here again soon!!

Comfortable home in nice neighborhood.

My only complaint would be the outdoor furniture was so dirty, I had to wash down the porch swing prior to using it. I never bothered to clean off the backyard furniture. The neighborhood is quiet and there are multiple places to walk the dog. Downtown Pensacola is not far but if you’re going to cycle, there are areas that must be avoided. It seems Pensacola has gone out of its way to discourage cycling. I would also suggest avoiding the Scenic 90 Diner. It’s a nice looking retro diner with awful pancakes. I didn’t bother going back. If you’re spending time in Pensacola, East Hill is a good place to be and Sunnyside Cottage is recommended. One head’s up….if you use the washing machine, read the directions on the wall next to the machine, unless you want to stand there like a dummy waiting for the water to turn on.

The Sunnyside Cottage fit our needs perfectly, and we spent 5 enjoyable days there. The home was clean and comfortable when we arrived. It was easy to unload and load our luggage, etc. We appreciated the information presented on the refrigerator. We were excited to see that the home had a water filtration system. The bed in the master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The ease with which to enter and exit the home was appreciated. The home's location was close enough to the attractions in the area, including downtown and the beaches. There was a Publix store nearby. We liked how quiet the neighborhood was.
