1-room studio 35 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Open small living/dining room 17 m2 with TV (flat screen). Exit to the loggia. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm). Shower. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, covered balcony. Partial view of the ocean. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n D grand large (roofed, 1 car). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.
