The Baltic Sea, the beach and the promenade are within easy walking distance. Around the quaint Niendorf harbor there are fresh fish as well as various restaurants and cafes as well as a bakery, a bike rental and an adventure playground.

There is a cozy living area with a beautiful view of the ingrown garden. The upstream sun terrace is partially covered and aligned to the southwest. An outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings, awning, sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue are available. The dining area offers enough space for 4 people and the open, high quality fitted kitchen is well equipped. There are two separate bedrooms with box spring beds (180x200 and 160x200) and two shower rooms. All windows are equipped with electric external blinds. A washing machine is in the bathroom.

The 700 sqm plot is completely fenced. A carport, two parking spaces and a bicycle shed are located on the property. The cottage Strand Cottage is located in Niendorf, a district of Timmendorfer beach, only about 6 minutes walk from the kilometer-long sandy beach and the newly designed promenade. Until the lively Niendorf yacht and fishing port there are approx. 9 minutes on foot. Here you can catch fresh fish directly from the cutter. Numerous restaurants, cafes, bakers, sailing and diving schools, etc. are within easy walking distance in a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are also miles of cycling and hiking trails in the nature reserve around Hemmelsdorfer See and the bird park. There is a seawater swimming pool in Niendorf overlooking the Baltic Sea and the Ostseetherme in Timmendorfer beach. There are several golf courses, tennis courts, mini golf, amusement park and climbing park.
