Lovely Property

beautiful Town House,, all carpets removed replaced with flooring. Kitchen fully loaded, air fryer, Insta Pot, George Forman grill ect. Well located inside of Reunion. Hope to stay next winter!

Short trip for our sons tournament

We are local to Florida and travel to Orlando often for our son’s golf tournaments. We love staying at Reunion and this townhouse did not disappoint. Well laid out for my husband and I upstairs and my teenage son downstairs. Walking distant to the course so no need to drive anywhere. Clean, spacious with comfortable beds. We’ll stay again.

Property managed by Heron Holiday Homes. Everything went smoothly and the unit was as advertised. Very responsive and attentive management team (especially Richard) either by phone, email, or text. For example, our front door lock had malfunctioned and it was replaced same day!

Could Be Amazing!

This property has so much potential. Unfortunately, there was a lot of work going on in the area where the property is, and that was not reflected in the listing. There was a lot of noise, and one of the balconies on the property was not available for access because of the construction. One of the showers has quite a few areas of black mold on the ceiling as well as on the floor trim. On the final day of staying at the property, I went to load up the dishwasher and there were several large live cockroaches in the dishwasher. I notified the management company and they told me they would address the issue in the morning since I was due to check out in a few hours. The two downstairs bedrooms could use new mattresses and some updated bedding. The mattress covers have lots of piling so you can feel that when you lay down on top of the fitted sheet. Please put some TLC into this property and make it great, it has so much potential.
