Stylish private 1BR(Queen), 1BA condo with a sleeper sofa in Living room, full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, living room. 2nd floor condo, within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. There is an elevator. Outdoor pool, hot tub, and grills. This Unit can have a MAXIMUM of 4 Occupants. With your own washer/dryer in the unit, go home with all clean clothes.

I am renting my timeshare week at PCB HI Vacation club resort. We cannot go this year and have it priced affordably so we can simply recoup our maintenance fee that we paid in January of 2022 for this year.
Why they chose this property
This is a quaint, quiet resort near plenty of restaurants and grocery store. Very relaxing vacation resort right on the beach.
As soon as you arrive and check-in, go out to the beach and see if there's a very tanned man out there renting beach chairs for the week. It's very affordable, but they will all be gone within 24 hours of your arrival.
