Large picture windows present lake views from nearly every room of the house. You’ll love the private infinity pool and hot tub overlooking Lake Placid!

Spread across two floors, the spacious interior is perfect for socializing and quiet time alike. All five bedrooms come complete with an en-suite bath, creating privacy and comfort for the whole group. The primary suite provides lake views and direct pool-area access as well as a spa-like wet room with rainfall shower and soaking tub.

Cozy up for movie nights in the stunning great room, highlighted by an electric fireplace, huge TV, and lake-view wall of windows. Hours of fun await in the game room, featuring ping-pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, board games, TV, and a wet bar with a full-size fridge.

Home chefs will love the sparkling full kitchen, with expansive stone counter space and top-notch appliances - including a 48” gas range. Or head out back to the outdoor kitchen, perfect for leisurely lakefront cookouts. For a wholly uninterrupted entertainment space, 16 foot accordion doors can be opened to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living areas. An 8 foot accordion window connects indoor and out bar areas, creates a perfect spot for breakfast overlooking the pool and lake, and allows lake breezes to flow effortlessly throughout the interior. Or pull up some bar stools for a bite and a beverage along the 25 foot patio bar looking out to 200 linear feet of beautiful waterfront.

Family-friendly extras include Pack 'n Plays, baby gates, self-closing gates to the pool, and life vests.

The area is home to a variety of great dining, restaurants, and attractions. From outdoor recreation, to amusement parks and water sports, Texas Hill Country has it all! Enjoy easy access to the majority of it from this gorgeous retreat. Take a quick drive to nearby New Braunfels to float the Comal River or catch a throwback flick at the Stars & Stripes Drive-In. Black's is a must-stop for Texas-style barbecue. Burnt Bean Company, just down the street from the home, is another Seguin standout for great barbecue. Perfect retreat venue!

Gorgeous property! Exactly as described. Plenty of space for large groups or families. We used every bed! The kitchen is very spacious and functional. If you plan to cook, ask the owner to check the burners, they did not all work, but we made it work cooking for 24 people. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they are beautiful! Plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood, we really enjoyed this property.

Great place for family get together!

We loved this place! We had 22 of us (three families), with all ages included. The house is basically brand new, and is extremely well set up for large groups. We had no issues whatsoever, and would love to stay again. We had access to area activities, but also loved just hanging around the house, with the pool, game room, etc. Lots of large spaces for groups.

Fantastic long weekend away

This house was great for me and my 19 friends. We stayed Thursday to Sunday and had a very fun and comfortable stay. The outside area is very spacious, plenty of seating and really nice views of Lake Placid. Inside is an open design that makes the dining/kitchen/living very roomy. There is also a game room inside that opens up to the patio which means its easy for different groups to be doing different activities. There were plenty of beds for everyone and we all had a really good time. The property manager reached out before we arrived and offered any assistance should we need it. Fortunately we did not as everything was beyond our expectations. Would definitely look to stay again.

Great experience

The property was just what it advertised. We had teens and adults and there was plenty to do. The game room is awesome as was the pool, view, fishing, and hot tub. The house is fabulous with plenty of areas for all to gather, great set up with rooms and bathrooms, and kitchen is well supplied. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time in this house. One snag, not their fault, the house wasn’t ready at check in . Once we got in the place was amazing!! We enjoyed the pool and game room. The view was so peaceful and beautiful, we just watched the activity of the river as we floated in the pool. At night we hung out on the patio and played games in the game room. Plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely book again

Our multigenerational group of 14 people overall enjoyed our stay here. We did have some issues, which the property manager was not very helpful with during our stay. I emailed the owner after, and they responded quickly that they would address our concerns.

Beautiful property. Exactly as described. Comfortable beds and lounging. Plenty of games. We did not use the jacuzzi, only pool and kayaks. Plenty of supplies and towels. Everything in the house was clean. However, the outside area was not clean.

This is a dream home and getaway! Nothing spared!

Every possible thing you need for a vacation for a large group is available here, look no further! It exceeds your imagination. Beautifully decorated, spotless and games galore. For dining, make sure you have essentials. Ie Salt and Pepper, vegetable oil etc. Everything else is covered! Would recommend this property to anyone a million times over. Book now and walk into dreamland!!!

Amazing, roomy, and updated

This property and location for the price was outstanding. Everyone’s rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The living room couch easily accommodated all of us. It is only a short walk to the Creekside gondola. The highlight of our days included relaxing in the hot tub after skiing all day. Communication with Outpost was phenomenal. The snow plower even found a friends passport that got lost on the ground. Outpost promptly reached out and returned it to us. Our friend did not even realize she lost it. We think of how terrible it could’ve been trying to get home without the detail and attention from Outpost to make sure it was returned safely. Thank you so much! We can’t recommend the house and Outpost enough!

Large open spaces and flowing design create the ultimate social vacation spot. The stunning 16 foot accordion doors open up to allow the huge living space to flow into the covered patio. The 8 foot accordion bar window makes for an idyllic breakfast overlooking the pool and lake. Step into the hot tub for a twilight glass of wine. There's something here for the whole family!
