Comfort in low key neighborhood

The house was everything we were looking for. The hosts were very attentive to our needs. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The location is quick and easy access to most Austin destinations. Highly recommend!!

Comfortable stay

The property is fabulous and the owners are wonderful to work with. The property feels like home and is close proximity to most everything you would need. The neighborhood is quiet and homey. I would definitely return for another stay.

Comfortable and Convenient

Our stay was amazing! Lisa was a gracious host and was extremely attentive to our needs. The neighborhood is great and its in close proximity to Sunset Valley trails and shops and Garrison park were a plus.

We like that the property owner is flexible as she can be to our schedule. When we fell in love with the home and the location, we were able to make a longer stay work out.

Cozy and Convenient

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that I feel safe walking in and around. The home provided everything we needed. The property managers are great to work with and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

The Best to Rest in Austin

This home is a magnificent and comfy retreat in a beautiful low key South Austin neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. Lisa is a spectacular host and Melinda helped with anything we needed also. We will return for sure!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is up and coming! Lots of remodels and lots of new, young neighbors, dog walkers, enjoying the Uber/Lyft Vibe of getting to and from downtown.

What makes this property unique

The renovation gives this home a modern feel in a retro vibe, and is a great open concept full of light and sunshine, or shades and privacy. Adjust to your liking.
