Wedding

The house was perfect to attend a family wedding. The garage access was excellent. It was unseasonably cold and windy so being able to get in the car without going into the elements worked out great. I would recommend this house and our host to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great house!

Stayed almost 2 months, was the perfect place and location and Viktorria a wonderful host that communicates wonderfully and is there at a moments notice. Will stay here again, for sure!

Felt like home!

The pictures do not do the comfort of this property justice. My family and I had just been in a different Vrbo in Texas for a couple days prior. That home was quite a bit bigger and in an upperclass neighborhood, but this house was much more comfortable and truly felt like home. The owner was very communative and always responded in a timely manner to my questions. The only knock was not knowing the extent of construction going on in the immediate area which made access a bit tideous, as well as there being no street sign on the corner, so had to figure out where it was. Nonethess, would definitely go through inconvience again. This property is a hidden gem of Lake Charles and my family and I highly recommend booking it.

Perfect house in Lake Charles

My family stayed at Viktoriia's home to attend my daughter's wedding. The house is just lovely....very comfortable and equipped with everything you want or need. The location is great...we took advantage of being able to walk to Prien Lake Park. We would most definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and well maintained. Amenities were great and loved the wooden wall map. Only thing that was uncomfortable was the security camera on back patio eating area which made us feel like we were being monitored.

Property was clean and close to what we wanted to do! Plus, 100% cotton sheets (a huge plus over microfiber!!!) and super comfy mattresses and furniture. Truly, just great for a girls’ trip!

Great Property. Great Location. Great Host.

We stayed for three nights and were VERY pleased with the experience. The house was super clean and tidy, well furnished, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and made everything extremely easy. Unlike some properties we have stayed in, the beds and furniture were good quality and comfortable. They have pretty much everything you could possibly need (including an iron which we ended up using). Honestly one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. And reasonably priced to boot! Thank you Viktoriia for making our stay very enjoyable.

My husband and I lived in this house for years. We manage it ourselves and take pride in creating a nice environment for guests. We live close by for any issues that may arise. We also own an aviation business and can help at the Lake Charles airport if needed.

Why they chose this property

3 minute walk to the park on the lake. The park has a walking track, play ground, water park, outdoor gym, and boat launch.

What makes this property unique

1 mile to the casinos. Close to shopping and restaurants. Fenced in back yard with grill. We have had several guests cancel other listings due to being dirty and in un safe areas. All were relieved when they switched here. It is a dead end road with great neighbours.
