Great place to stay for Ride Royal Blue

House was very easy to access, clean and very well stocked (plenty of pots, pans, linens etc). House located right on trail 13. Fire pit in back yard right beside the creek was a big hit! There was plenty of room for trailers too.

Fall Royal Blue Ride

This house, the property and the location were perfect for our group. We checked in on a Saturday and stayed until Thursday. The house was very clean. Kitchen is a good size. Property is large. We had a big group and came to ride the trails. The location is very convenient at the head of Ride Royal Blue Trail 13. We had trailers, an RV, a fifth wheel and lots of trucks and SxS OHVs. Plenty of parking for everything. I highly recommend this if you are planning to ride Royal Blue, Tackett Creek, and west of I-75. One recommendation: bring a fan. The rooms get hot at night. The beds are comfortable, but there is a mattress cover on each one that makes it hotter when sleeping. More than anything, the owner was fantastic. He had stocked it with some snacks, TP, paper towels, soaps, and a few extra things. It has a washer and dryer, which got used, and plenty of hot water. Nice fire pit. Nice little stream on one side of the property. I can't say enough good about this place.

Home away from home

Everyone in our group loved the house! From the minute we got there It felt like visiting family. We enjoyed meeting the property owner with a welcome visit to say hello. Super impressed and can’t wait to go back! If your concerned about one bathroom, don’t be. Plenty of hot water and the air conditioning stayed nice a cool on the hot sweating days of riding.

One for the books!!

First impression is usually the most important and this house and owner met them all to 100 percent! Location was better then any other out there to get to the trails, the house had everything and even more of what we needed to make this trip a huge success. Owners were immediately responsive threw messaging or phone. Plenty of parking to bring all the toys. Overall give this house a 10 out of 10! Thanks again Carters!
