Very nice home that is located in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and other attractions. Checking in was easy and the host was prompt on replying to any requests or questions.
Our stay was nice for a long weekend getaway. The location was perfect, and anywhere we went was about a 20-25 minute drive—not bad at all. The home was nice and spacious, and the Logans were so accommodating. First, I asked for an early check-in, and they had no issue with it. Second, I texted them about the washer on Sunday morning (it was not broken- I didn't know how to work it lol) and I received a response immediately. Lastly, at our departure, I accidentally left two jackets and they were kind enough to mail them to me. If I find myself in Dallas again for an extended weekend I will definitely book them again.
This property was pefectly located near the Hair dresser, and Tuxedo shop, just a few miles from the venue and the perfect amount of space for 3 of us in the Wedding party. Felt right at home, with plenty of everything.
Victor was a great host. The house was clean and well organized. Which made it easier for us to enjoy ourselves and time while visiting with other family members.
The house was clean and smelled clean. There were plenty of paper towels and bathroom towels. The beds were comfortable, and although the listing said one room had a twin bed, they all had bigger beds. However, there were multiple holes in the walls and the house rules said we couldn't use the hanging towels or the comforters on the beds. We didn't bring extra blankets, not expecting to need them. One of our party is currently wearing a boot due to a healing broken ankle, and there was no easy way to get into the house from the driveway. The other option was to park in the street where she had to climb up to the house. Mixed review.

Simple stay but needs some updates
Easy check in process, priced accurately IMO for the space - the house is just older and just needs some updates- both showers do not have good water pressure at all
Also there’s a huge tree in front of the larger bedroom. Windy night made for a sleepless night from the branches scraping along the window everytime the wind blew.
We had a bit of a slow stat with the check in process of the VRBO side of our stay. We were never contacted with the lock box code to get the key for the property but after contacting the owner he messaged me with the lock box code before we had arrived to the property. Over all it was a very nice stay. It was definitely way better then staying in a hotel. The off street parking is accessible from the alley but it’s a bit tight getting into the driveway with a long vehicle like my double cab truck and the rear gate is pad locked shut so we had to walk out the front door and around the house to come and go. But you can park it front of the house like I did the next day. The house was very clean and smelled very pleasant. Beds were very comfortable. For the price you can’t beat the stay here. I would recommend to anyone that’s wants an affordable place to stay while in the area. It was located close enough to drive to eat and shop. And the neighborhood seemed very pleasant and safe.
The house had a major odor in it furniture was taped together.
We went to property and the odor was so sting we contacted owner and told him we could not stay. My husband has asthma and can’t do strong smells. My daughter had a headache from it as well. We literally had to book another house and leave. Owner did not even offer to refund me a dime of the $1100 I spent on home nor ever communicated with me again.
Wonderful property! 4 bedrooms located upstairs. Beds are comfortable. The master bed is quite high (only an issue if there are only short people in your group). Living room was a great gathering spot. Good communication with the host. Property was clean. Highly recommend!
