This home is just ~5 minutes from the gates of Beaver Creek and less than 10 minutes from Vail. From this incredible location, you will have access to everything, sweeping views and privacy.

It is located in a family friendly neighborhood with parking for 3 cars. It is walking distance to a salt water pool, tennis courts, golfing, and clubhouse of the neighborhood.

The space
The family-centered layout includes a spacious great room with graceful modern mountain decor. Take in spectacular mountain views at every turn. Gather with loved ones around the fireplace or hot tub to enjoy a true Colorado mountain retreat.

The house is stocked with all the things needed to make you feel like you are truly on vacation, similar to a hotel, but with a full kitchen and room to spread out!

SLEEPS TWELVE INDIVIDUALS COMFORTABLY

-Master Suite: Top floor, features a king bed with mountain views, flat screen TV, closet, newer linens pillows, updated master bathroom (sleeps 2)

-Queen Room 1: lower level with golf course views, newer linens and pillows, flat screen TV, closet, shares a bathroom with the other queen bedroom. (Sleeps 2)

-Queen Room 2: lower level with golf course views, newer linens and pillows, closet, shares a bathroom with the other queen bedroom. (Sleeps 2)

-Bunk Room: main floor with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, one daybed with trundle, flat screen TV, newer linens and pillows, closet, updated bathroom.

Perfect respite

We stayed at Mike’s place with another family, totaling 9 ppl. 4 kids and 5 adults. We were all happy as clams with the bed situation, property, location, and all the amenities. The hot tub was a huge plus. We were 7 min from Beaver Creek and 15 from Vail. We couldn’t have been happier!

Amazing stay in Vail conveniently located next to the bus stop!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The host was extremely accommodating. The location was perfect & conveniently located right next to the bus stop with drop off in Vail Village. There was a garage-space parking and we enjoyed the hot tub! There was plenty of sleeping room and the kitchen was big enough to accommodate a big group. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent Property - Highly Recommend

We had a group of 10 people visiting for Skiing (but can easily accommodate 12). This property is very close to Beaver Creek as well as Walmart and other places - most of them within 10 mins of driving distance. Property itself is very well maintained. All the rooms are of decent size and beds are comfortable, bathrooms were neat and clean. Our kids really enjoyed the property. Kitchen is fully equipped, if you are planning to cook. Property Manager is very responsive and very understanding, we had requested for couple of hours of late checkout, which he was flexible to accommodate. Overall, I would highly recommend this property, we really had a great time !!! Big thanks to PM for being flexible with us!!

Awesome place and location

Really enjoyed our stay. We had a group of 9 (girls in their mid 20s) and had more than enough space and room to spread out (and could easily fit 11-12 of us if needed). Everything was clean and just as pictured. The hot tub was easy to get into and already hot. We used both the eco bus and Uber to get to vail. The bus stop was only about a block down and Uber was readily available with about a 5 minute wait during the day. Would definitely recommend.

Great Avon townhome

Loved our stay in this Avon townhome. Perfect for 4 couples and 2 kids. Hot tub was a bonus! Excellent host and communication. Would stay here again.
