Get away and enjoy any season in Midway. Brand new 4 Bdrm, 4.5 Bath home located on the first hole of the Homestead resort and golf club. Across the street from Zermatt. 2 min walk to swim or scuba in the unique natural hot spring Homestead Crater! Just 20 min from world class skiing in Park City or 10 min from Mayflower/Deer Valley gondola. 10 min from Soldier Hollow- the 2002 Olympic venue for cross country skiing. Minutes from Wasatch State Park, where you can play 36 holes of golf, as well as Soldier Hollow's with an additional 36 holes of golf. Enjoy all of the walking/bike paths throughout Midway on our beach cruisers, or enjoy the many hiking/biking trails that are all nearby. The owner's suite located on the main floor, with additional en-suite upstairs. Each of the 4 bdrms has it's own bathroom, all beautifully furnished with King size beds, fantastic mountain and valley views from multiple patios on each of the 3 levels. Enjoy the spacious and fully furnished modern kitchen for food preparation and cooking, and the huge family/game room in the basement for gathering and enjoying time together. Multiple TVs to watch your favorite series, or just sit on any patio to relax and enjoy the wonderful clean air that Midway has to offer. As a bedroom community of Park City with it's SWISS influence, Midway immediately feels like home. It has a wide variety of restaurants that cater to all tastes.

Located next to the Homestead Resort, you have the world famous year round "Swim or Scuba in the Crater" experience calling your name, 18 hole golf course that is in your backyard, and only minutes away from the best Nordic (2002 Olympic Venue-Soldiers Hollow) and Alpine (Deer Valley- Park City- Sundance) skiing Utah has to offer. Summer and Fall you can enjoy world class mountain biking and boating in the either Jordanelle or Deer Creek reservoirs. And you can't leave out Wasatch Mountain State Park- with 36 holes of golf and hiking/running trails throughout. Downtown Midway has all the look and feel of a small town Swiss village, with a number of great restaurants, grocery store, ski rental, bike shops, and convivence stores, with Heber City only 5 minutes away and Park City, with all it's shopping at the OUTLETS or enjoying the Sundance Film Festival, only 20 minutes away. Makes for a great place to vacation with family and friends.
