The villa spans 175 sqm across two floors and is surrounded by a delightful 450 sqm garden.
This is the perfect retreat with a private saltwater pool that can be heated upon request (extra cost), and multiple terraces offering magnificent sea views.

Separate entrance from the terrace.
Open-plan kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
Bedroom: Double bed with direct access to a spacious terrace offering magical sea views.
