Eigentümer war nett, Verwalter sehr aufmüpfig und nicht verständnisvoll

Der Check In lief alles andere als gut. Anfrage wurde gestellt ob es eine Möglichkeit zum umziehen am frühen Morgen gäbe. Keine Antwort bekommen. 16 Uhr zum einchecken angekommen, da waren Leute noch am Sauber machen. Nass geschwitzt vom Skifahren mussten wir noch 1 Stunde draußen warten. Als ich den Verwalter anrief um zu berichten, kam null Verständnis und nur die Aussage, was ist ihre Frage. Eine kurze Email oder Anruf hätte ausgereicht und wir hätten uns danach richten können.

prima verblijf

We hebben een prima tijd gehad in dit huis in het gehuchtje Gaudern tussen Bad Hofgastein en Bad Gastein. Het huis ligt hoog tegen een berg aan. Dit geeft een mooi uitzicht over de vallei, maar maakt het zonder auto minder goed bereikbaar. De bushalte is een stuk de steile bergweg af lopen. In de winter kan de besneeuwde weg ook een uitdaging zijn. Er is eigenlijk niet genoeg parkeerplek voor 3 auto’s. Het huismus heerlijk ruim met goede beddenDe bovenste badkamer moet echt vervangen worden. Er is nauwelijks waterdruk. De beneden badkamer is daarentegen wel fijn! Het huis mocht toen wij aankwamen we weer eens een goede schoonmaakbeurt krijgen. .

Amazingly spacious house with a beautiful view

Das Appartment ist sehr großzügig gestaltet - die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung sind top! Einzige Kritik: Obwohl für Endreinigung ein Preis verrechnet wird, findet diese offensichtlich kaum statt. Die Küche war vom Vorbewohner noch vollgesspritzt und auch Bad/WC waren definitiv nicht gereinigt! 😠

Wunderschöne, große Wohnung

Eine wunderschöne große Wohnung über 2 Etagen! Viel Platz, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, gemütliche Betten, toll ausgestattete Küche in wunderschöner Umgebung und mit toller Aussicht. Duschen im oberen "Museums-"Bad ist ein Abenteuer, wenn man nicht auf kalt-Duschen steht... mit "Trick 17" hat es dann irgendwann geklappt ;-) WLan leider sehr schwankend und an den letzten zwei Tagen gar nicht mehr vorhanden, sehr zum Leidwesen unseres Filius. Ansonsten (außer Küchenrolle und ausreichend WC-Papier - nur 1 Rolle im unteren Bad) alles vorhanden. Toll wären noch Bodenhandtücher in beiden Bädern, ein weiteres Küchenhandtuch und ein weiteres Handtuch-Set p.P. gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sehr gerne noch einmal wiederkommen, wenn wir nochmal so ein Schnäppchen machen... ;-)

Tolle Aussicht

Wir haben die Aussicht auf das tolle Bergpanorama sehr genossen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nur das im oberen Bad das warme Wasser nicht funktioniert war blöd.

Wohnung mit Top-Wohlfühlfaktor

Vom ersten Augenblick, also beim Betreten der Wohnung, waren wir von der Wohnung begeistert. Alles ist sehr geräumig, grosszügig und einfach ein toller Blick. Wir, d. h. Großeltern, Eltern und Kind 12 Jahre, haben diesen Urlaub absolut genossen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist herrorragend, so haben wir uns meistens selbst versorgt. Alle hatten genug Platz um auch mal alleine "zu träumen", sehr angenehm bei unterschiedlichen Generationen in einer Wohnung. Kleines Problem war die Warmwasserversorgung in einem Bad, dafür klappte diese im anderen Bad einwandfrei, also kein Problem beim Duschen.

Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit phänomenalem Ausblick

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder - 8 und 16) haben 10 wunderbare Sommerferientage in dieser äußerst großzügigen Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt fast keine Wünsche offen (Mixer, Raclette, Fondue, Geschirr und Besteck in reichlicher Anzahl und Vielfältigkeit,...), der ungehinderte Ausblick auf Bad Gastein und die umliegende Gebirgslandschaft Dank des Panoramafensters im riesigen Küche-Wohnzimmer-Raum ist gigantisch, die 3 Schlafzimmer sind ein Segen für Familien mit Kindern in doch sehr unterschiedlichem Alter, entspannend ist das Vorhandensein eines Garagenstellplatzes, die beiden Bäder sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber durchaus mit Charme... Ein erholsamer Urlaub dürfte zumindest nicht an dieser Wohnung scheitern.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit kleinen Mängeln, welche dem Vermieter jedoch mitgeteilt wurden und ein Nichtfunktionierender Duschkopf ist jetzt kein Weltuntergang. Ansonsten gibt es viel Platz und durch die etwas abgelegene Lage viel Ruhe.

Einfach toll!

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (15 und 18 Jahre alt) absolut begeistert von dieser tollen riesigen Wohnung. Bei drei Schlafzimmern hatten vor allem unsere Kinder ihre Rückzugsmöglichkeit und haben sich echt wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ins Tal, auf den See und die verschiedenen Gipfel ist ein Traum, der große Eckbalkon genial zum Sonnen und Essen, die Ausstattung insgesamt ist perfekt und zum Wohlfühlen! Wir haben nichts vermisst und konnten in dieser Wohnung auch die Regentage genießen. Außerdem fanden wir es entspannt, dass die Betten bezogen waren, Handtücher und auch die Küchen-/Badausstattung (Spüli, Lappen, Tabs, Reiniger, Seife, Toilettenpapier) vorhanden war. Man kann viel unternehmen, besonders gefallen haben uns die Klettersteige auf der Schlossalm. Hier kann man ganz unkompliziert die Ausrüstung beim Intersport ausleihen. Außerdem können wir die Touren zur Türchlwand, dem Zittrauer Tisch und dem Graukogel absolut empfehlen: tolle Ausblicke, spannende Wege zum Teil auf einem Grat und zum Kraxeln! Ganz toll! Schön ist, dass man mit der Gondel schon einige Höhenmeter erledigen kann, auch wenn diese Fahrten ganz schön teuer sind. Die Raftingtour auf der Salzach (Raftingcenter Taxenbach) war ebenfalls super! Vielen Dank an den Vermieter und das Verwaltungsbüro für die nette, schnelle und absolut unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Panoramaaussicht, aber renovierungsbedürftiges Badezimmer

Die Größe der Wohnung und die Panoramaaussicht sind top.! Das alte Badezimmer hatte leider einige Mängel aufzuweisen. Insbesondere der tagelang währende Abflussgeruch war sehr beeinträchtigend. Trotz verschiedener Versuche der vom Vermieter angeforderten Handwerker, konnte dieses Problem nicht abschließend behoben werden. Hätten uns ein Entschädigungsangebot des Vermieters gewünscht. Blieb leider aus. Schade!
