Why they chose this property
We have been hosts since 2018. In 2021, the Auburn City Council past an ordinance that excluded our Auburn property from STR. There is currently a lawsuit to regain the constitutional property rights of those affected.
We prepared this property for STR and began taking bookings in July 2022.
