As you approach the property and notice the sleek, black and white exterior of the home, the luscious green front yard, and the obvious double floor plan, you will know you are in the right place. You will be sent a smart lock door code upon the day of your arrival to check in to.
Once walking into the glamorous house, immediately you will see that the bright and airy space is already inviting you to enjoy your stay. To the right lies the expansive living room that includes a luxurious L shaped sectional, towering windows facing the street, additional single seating, and a 65” smart TV. An excellent setting for relaxing with friends and family after a long day of busy travelling and fun activities.
From the entrance of the house, take a left and as you wander downstairs, you’ll be able to spot the second living/seating area which accommodates another huge L shaped navy blue sectional, wide ranging windows, all complimented by the modern interior design. Enjoy the electric fireplace by turning it on at night to cultivate the most perfect cozy ambience, while watching your favorite shows or movies on the 65” smart TV mounted to the wall. In the corner of the living space, sits a laptop friendly work desk suitable for a work trip or if you just want some quiet time to read or write. Right behind the downstairs living room wall is a charming bedroom with a queen-sized bed, broad windows above the headboard to let in that outside glow, and double sliding doors that open to a long stretching closet. To the right, is the first bathroom featuring a single sink with plenty of room below, a lavish gold mirror, and a standing up shower with glazed tile coating the walls.
As you return to the main level, continue to walk forward where you’ll spot a commodious dining table that seats 8 people with brown leather contemporary chairs surrounding the table, exquisite wooden shiplap on the facing wall, and a sturdy high-end table. Ahead of the dining room lies the kitchen and cooking area fully stocked with all the necessary amenities, brand new appliances, complimentary coffee and water bottles, quartz covered countertops, a massive island able to seat 4 people, a far-reaching pantry room with double sliding wooden doors surrounded by brick walls, and all kinds of pots and pans you need for cooking.
Off in a smaller corner to the right of the kitchen, sits the laundry room with a washer/dryer and plenty of capacity to keep your laundry. The door that is connected to the laundry room extends to the garage where you’ll find a ping pong table to play at.
Venture upstairs to the top level of the house and to the right is the shared single sink guest bathroom with gold and white matte accents and a dual standing up shower/tub. Straight across from the guest bathroom rests the second bedroom containing an upscale bunk bed, comfy pillows and linens, and a closet to keep all your travelling items in. Continue down the corridor and to the right is the master bedroom featuring a king-sized, heavenly bed that will guarantee a good night's rest, inviting windows, a 43” smart TV, and gold lined sliding mirrors that access the closet. Off to the side, is an attached single sink master bathroom with a standing up stylish shower and marble covered countertops.
Sitting adjacent to the master bedroom is the third bedroom with a queen-sized bed, elegant windows to bring in the sunlight, and another substantially sized closet.
If you return to the kitchen on the main level, you can stroll through the double sliding glass doors to venture out onto the welcoming, cemented terrace that encloses a massive, lush, landscaped backyard perfect for pets or kids to run around, a patio seating area with newly bought patio furniture, and an up to date, clean gas grill.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.
- We do not provide propane for the property's grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.
