The approximately 50 square meters apartment with balcony, beautiful sea view is located in the 4th. Floor of the well maintained apartment complex directly on the sea, private sandy beach and large swimming pool. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with large shower, toilet and two sleeping areas with a total of 4 beds and a beautiful living, dining area. Two beach chairs or Sun loungers belong to the apartment and are included in the price. Of course, TV and internet are available free of charge. The air conditioner can be used both for cooling and for heating. Thus, a stay for our guests from early April to late October is possible. For the car is a private lockable garage space available.

Ein unvergesslich schöner Urlaub imit Meerblick, Liegeplatz am Privatstrand, Garagen Stellplatz und eine super Wohnung. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt im Residence Mexico. Schon die unkomplizie Schlüsselübergabe mit einem Empfangs Prosecco war der Auftakt Für unsere Erholung pur. Dann der Moment, in der wir die Wohnung zum ersten Mal gesehen haben, einfach klasse. Moderne offene Küche, schöne Einrichtung mit 2 Shhlafzimmern, in denen man bei geöffneten Fenstern das Meeresrauschen hört. Der Balkon hat vormittags Sonne und Abends kann man schön im Schatten den Sundowner geniessen. Auch von den empfohlenen Restaurants direkt in der Nähe sind wir begeistert gewesen. Vor allem Seafood im HAPPY DAYS ... Wir buchen nächstes Jahr gleich wieder und sichern uns Dolce Vita am Lido

Location Location Location!
Snug, clean, comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Beach, pool, restaurants and shops all in the immediate vacinity. Also very calm.The living space has been updated with an open kitchen-living which is very nice and well done. It is to be noted that this is a 1 bedroom apart with a curtained-off alcove (2nd bedroom) off the living area. I might be picky but there were some small things missing that we've had in the past, reason why I didn't give a full 5. The beds were also a bit on the soft side. I can easily recommend this apt and would gladly come again.

Mit Frau und zwei Kindern eine Woche hier gewesen. Alles bestens. Schönes, gefliestes Apartment mit Balkon und Klimaanlage und Küche. Alles sehr sauber. Haben die Zeit genossen, würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Vi havde 2 fantastiske uger i Italien, hvor vi nød specielt lejlighedens altan, hvor der var udsigt ud over stranden og havet. Lejligheden havde de faciliteter, som vi havde brug for. Lidt småt men lige nøjagtigt tilstrækkeligt til 4 personer.
