The house "Ostseepanorama" is located in the villa district and has a spacious plot just a few meters from the beach with partial sea views!
The house is divided in the upper floor in three bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x single bed (extendible)) and a bathroom (1x shower, 1x bath).
On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge with freezer), a large storage room, and a spacious living room with fireplace and a dining area. From the living room and the dining area offers a panoramic view of the spacious garden and in spring to the Baltic Sea.
A large, partially covered terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs and two sun loungers. The living and dining area is equipped with chairs, high chair, table, sofa, glass table and a fireplace.
There is free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV and a TV. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer.
The property is very spacious, so it is ideal for children. On the property you can park a car.
