Sunny mountain apartment in the south
At the entrance of the biosphere reserve Nockberge
High on the mountains relax the Nockbergregion enjoy .... here you can just switch off and let your eyes wander. From here you can start large mountain tours and all sports activities of the biosphere reserve Nockberg. Here man can still be human and recharge his energy in nature. From the window and balcony you can watch wild deer and deer grazing or the cows on the grounds in the summer.
The spacious apartment has a kitchen with dining area and 2 bedrooms with a double bed 1.60 and 1.40, and a bathroom.
A parking space is available for the guests for free.
The apartment has a separate access via the stairwell. The apartment is self contained and completed.
AUTARK LIFE
The building is self-sufficient and supplies itself with regenerative energies. The water comes from the own mountain source. The heating is exclusively made of wood. The area has its own wastewater treatment plant.
