Not as clean as it should be

The property was nice. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need for a nice stay. However, I rewashed the utensils by the stove because they looked like they had been used and then placed back in the container without being washed. I had to wash several other things in the kitchen before using. Also, I vacuumed the rug in the living room because it looked dirty, moved the coffee table to find chips and a sock underneath, from previous tenants. There was mold in the guest shower. I believe your cleaning service is not doing their job very well. Beach access was very nice.

As Advertised!

Had a great week at this location. The views were great, especially for July 4 fireworks in the area. Only disappointment was the pool and deck facilities are still under repair, but access to the beach and the overall quality of the apartment more than made up for that. A nice fitness facility in the basement and a large group area on the 15th floor with panoramic north facing views caps off this excellent location. Amy was very responsive. 5 stars!

We will be back!

We plan on returning again next year. We are a family of 5 with 3 small children. We are in a season of life where we really use our vacation rentals. Between naps, and early bedtimes- it is important to us that we have a place that still feels like vacation, even off the beach. Some of the things that set this particular unit apart to us was how well stocked it was. Closets full of fluffy towels! SPICES and oil - how convenient this was to find as we prepped our meals every night. Coffee pot and a kurig. High quality beach gear INCLUDING swim diapers. (We didn’t use any but I sure wish I knew, those things are pricy!) an amazing beach umbrella, cart, chairs. We brought so much bulky gear - we will know for next time!! The beach was paradise. I will say, the hurricane has ripped apart this portion of Dayrona. We walked past so many destroyed structures. Lots of construction in the rebuilding process. But our building and beachfront was all that we could have asked for. People are doing their best and tourism is so important to this rebuilding. Amy was the most gracious host. Went out of her way to help us on more than one occasion. She responded nearly immediately. As amazing as the unit is - she is the reason we will be back. It made such a difference for us. We are so grateful we found this unit and can’t wait to be back!

Book. This. Condo !

We booked this condo for an event in late April ( 23-30 ). From the 1st time chatting with owner we knew it was the right choice. Amy is proficient, professional, and couldn’t be more inviting. The condo was clean neat and tidy, everything you need is there ( including Cornhole !!! ) don’t bother packing all the useless stuff either. All beach stuff is there waiting for your usage. Again book this place just not the same week as I plan ! Thanks Amy !!!!!

Beautiful condo, great location

This condo was clean, well kept and absolutely beautiful. There is so much room! The condo has multiple balconies with great views. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again. Amy was great to work with.

Lucky choice!

I booked the condo for my husband, son and I to relax between holidays. The condo was a beautiful surprise and I would definitely book again. Amy was wonderful and so accommodating when our Southwest flight was cancelled and we needed to extend our stay by one night. She responded within minutes to my email and helped to make this unexpected and stressful situation more bearable. The property was gorgeous with everything we could possibly need. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed just sitting on the balcony enjoying both ocean and river scenery. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience a beautiful space in Daytona beach.

We stayed here for a quick visit to the area and this condo did not disappoint. It is very well stocked with everything you need. Clean, spacious, has a great view, and is in an excellent location. Safe, Clean, Convenient, Beautiful!

This property is conveniently located right on the beautiful Atlantic coast. Super close to restaurants and entertainment for all. We came during the Biketoberfest rally and had a blast! Parking at the property is free and very convenient. Motorcycle friendly! Proprty is very secure, requiring a key card entry at the main door of the building and a keyed deadbolt to the actual condo. Upon entering with our host, who was incredibly helpful and friendly, we were given a brief tour and handed keys for our stay. The master bedroom was spacious with incredie views. The second bedroom was great for my 14 year old son, with one twin and one double bed. A t.v. was in each room with Roku, so it was super easy to watch our shows before bed which made us feel right at home. The bedding was really clean and fresh. Along with the bath towels in each bathroom. I loved the split master bathroom design with full bathroom in one space(door entry) and a seperate sink and mirror in the entry space(open entry to bedroom)... it gave his and her sinks all new meaning! The kitchen was clean and organized with amazing views of the ocean. Cooking meals was a breeze. A choice of beverage appliances was a wonderful luxury. (Keurig, electric Kettle, French Press) The living room was very thoughtfully decorated with a cozy beach theme. Also, with incredible ocean views. Along with the wrap around balcony with views of Atlantic Avenue and city lights on one side and the beautiful blue Atlantic ocean on the other, morning coffee was a real treat watching the sunrise over the ocean. Wow! White sand beaches and blue water make for a true vacation setting. Orlando is about 40 minutes away, so we made a trip to Mideval Times restaurant.(Highly recommend!)A trip to Sea World and/or Disney is also within reach. This property has been added to my Family's list of favorites and will definitely be visited again in the future! P.S There was a beach buggy in the front closet, which made getting baggage up and down from the condo so convenient!!! Love this place! Can't say thank you enough!

Amazing View with Gorgeous Beach Sunrises and Sunsets!!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! Amy was great and gave us all the information needed to make full use of the property. The entire space was very clean, open and accommodating. The kitchen is well equipped and up to date. We love our long weekend beach get aways and will be booking this property again soon!

I was born in Arizona and raised in southern California. I attended college in Riverside and then embarked on a career in the hospitality industry. My success in this field would allow me to rise to be both a general manager and later corporate trainer for well-known restaurant chains.
Looking for a change, I decided to move to Florida and get my real estate license. I am now settled in the Daytona Beach area with my nephew Greyson and our 3 pets.
