About this property

Oceanfront Resort! Medano Beach. Short walk to Marina & Downtown.

Formerly called Cabo Villas Resort, the newly renamed Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa is a perfect vacation spot located next to Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach in Cabo, and a short walk to the Marina and downtown Cabo San Lucas. The resort has five restaurants, outdoor pools, a fitness center, beach rentals, and spa treatments.

I have stayed at the resort four times in the last 5 years and will be heading back again soon. I personally find Cabo relaxing and fun of activities; it's my oasis away from the non-stop hustle and bustle of home.

Date: 2025 open, 2 weeks available. Please request dates and I will confirm with resort.
Room: One Bedroom King Bed (pool or ocean view depends on availability; room will be assigned by the hotel)

# of guests: 4 maximum (if you have more children, I can inquire with the resort)
Check in: 4:00pm
Check out: 10:00am (upon availability, 1 hour grace period)
Cancellation Policy: 60 days notification for full refund

Please note that on top of the nightly rate, there are additional fees by the online booking site and Mexico taxes during the booking process. There is a daily resort fee ($10/day as of 2023) from Corazon Cabo.
