Love Beach Haven and renting for family gatherings
Why they chose this property
The family living area is on the first level. This is different than most houses on LBI. So there is easy access to the outside areas. There are multiple areas in and outside the house to enjoy. The porch is my favorite. But there is a nice deck in the rear yard, and two balcony decks in the front of the house. The house also has a rooftop deck, great for watching the LBI sunsets! The two story family room is casual and comfortable. You can see the rest of the house when you get here...

You want spacious, then you won't be disappointed. Almost 3,200 sq ft of house with volume ceilings.
