Perfect for a family getaway, couple’s trip or fishing and golf weekend! Wi-Fi, SmartTV, central heat & A/C. Well equipped kitchen. Game room & bonus space in finished lower level.
Arrive ready to relax in a rocking chair on the cute covered front porch, glass of wine or cup of coffee in hand. Enter through the front door to a living area with comfortable seating, 55in TV with cable and streaming service (sign in with your own account), electric fireplace. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and extendable dining table offer plenty of space for cooking. Step out onto the deck for additional dining space overlooking the private backyard. You might spy deer or turkeys as you look across the yard to the woods. The main level also offers two bedrooms, each with a queen bed with upgraded linens, and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the lower level, the kids will have a blast with a foosball table, an additional TV watching area and a table ready for game night. Toys, a library of DVDs and board games are at the ready. The utility room offers a washer and dryer. The property offers ample off-street parking for up to 4 cars/trailers.

About the host
Hosted by Kate and Nick Cubick, Pat and Connie McNamara
Our family fell in love with the Rome area by chance in 2010, just as our oldest son was born. Kate and Nick purchased a home here. Pat and Connie (Kate's parents) live close by and enjoy spending time with the grandchildren on the lake.
Why they chose this property
This cabin is the perfect fit for a smaller group looking to get away. It offers incredible privacy in the backyard, a nice quiet location - but is uber convenient to all that Rome has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Lake Arrowhead association allows for guest passes that can be ordered for you in advance, to provide access to golf, 2 nearby heated outdoor swimming pools (seasonal), basketball/tennis/pickleball courts, a baseball field and 4 private beach centers.
