Cozy little cabin

Perfect Place to Stay!

This cabin has modern amenities and is nicely decorated. The bed was so comfortable and after spending our days out on the town we looked forward to coming back to the cabin to relax. There are even games for the kids to play!We would love to come back if we are ever in the area again.

Great place close to town with old school charm

Probably built in the 30s or 40s but kept up well and comfortable. Beds were nice, HVAC was good, couch and chair was comfortable. Walking distance to town and Mexican food. Streaming set up on TV. Its not a 5 star amazing place where kings stay, but it is comfortable and has all it needs with an old school charm. Owners are quick to respond to messages, BBQ outside was used daily. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Amazing stay!

We really needed a day away and this was an amazing experience doing just that. The host was very informative, welcoming and kind. Everything was easy from checking in to checking out. Will definitely be back sometime soon!

Cute & Cozy

I stayed with my 2 adult children & 2 grandsons to attend my other daughter’s basic training graduation. The cabin was perfect, clean, cute, comfortable, organized & had lots of extras. I tend to pack a lot but you don’t need to here. The views are beautiful & we could walk to everything in Medicine Park. It’s perfect for soldiers family day! I will definitely stay again.

Cute cabin perfect for our stay!

The cabin was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. We were happy to discover that it is only a short walk to the restaurants and shops in Medicine Park.

Good accommodations for the price point

The cabin was as advertised, small and cozy, perfect for the wife and I on a getaway. Both beds were small so if you intend to have two people in a single bed beware, not ideal but we made due. Proximity to medicine park was definitely walking distance which was great, but at night made things more challenging as the live music at the local bars was LOUD. On a Saturday night it went to close to 11pm. All in all was a good stay, very clean and had everything we needed.

Fun getaway

This place was amazing and we enjoyed every minute we were in Medicine Park. Thanks to being close to everything was really nice and the house was immaculate and gave us planty of options to relax amd plan our stay.

Quick getaway

Super cute 2 bed, 1 bath house with living room and kitchen. Check in very easy and the host was quick to answer questions and even recommend some fun things to do! Great location, close to all the shops and Medicine Creek.

Very Nice Home

Excellent communication with hostess before arrival. All aspects of accommodations were awsome.

Clean and more clean. Little touches were personal and well thought out with the guest’s best interest in mind. Plenty of things you would find in your own home. We did not need a thing outside of what was provided. The cottage was decorated very cute. Outside seating and landscaping was very pleasant. I will definitely try to get this same cottage on our next say at Medicine Park.

Perfect Hideaway!

Our second stay and just like the first, was perfect in every way! This perfect hideaway is nestled in Medicine Park within walking distance of all the amazing attractions. Fantastic Cabin and Host, Plus Location!

Karen always answered back within a short period of time when I messaged her and was always friendly! The cabin was clean, too cute, comfortable and just perfect. It was right a quarter-mile from the first place we went to eat after arriving that evening. This is important to me as I have mobility issues. I wasn't able to do much walking b/c of it, but I did walk down there the first evening and it was easy. The heat was the #1 reason I didn't the other times, but it is the end of June, so that was to be expected. If you want to see bison, elk, prairie dogs & longhorns, you're just down from the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge and you'll see plenty, which Karen told me she was sure I would...she didn't lie lol Great place, no crazy rules to the house and very cozy! Highly recommend!

Round Rock Cabin is directly across the creek from the Main Strip in Medicine Park. We are within walking distance to the car bridge and pedestrian bridge.

What makes this property unique

Our vintage cabin has been completely redone with southern yellow pine floors, air conditioning and wifi. It is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. A short drive will take you to the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge, Mt. Scott, the Medicine Park Aquarium and Lake Lawtonka.
