The living room has two comfortable sofas, side chairs, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that let in plenty of natural light. The modern kitchen is equipped with essential stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space, and a convenient island bar with seating. An elegant dining room table is adjacent to the living area, where guests can enjoy delicious dinners and game nights in style.

Retreat to the primary bedroom for a peaceful night's sleep. It features a King-sized bed with opulent bedding and a flat-panel TV. The second and third bedrooms are equally lavish, and one of them even has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a playful nautical theme and a television for the younger guests. The third bathroom has a shower and tub combination. Spring Break

Beautiful home and property! Home was clean, updated and supplied with all the essentials needed. Love that home has easy beach access and is literally located at the end of the road! Trolley stop was also conveniently located close to home. The pool is great and was very warm. Our stay was very relaxing with all the amenities of home. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We just got back from a week at this property and it was perfect. The house is unassuming from the outside but is completely remodeled and updated inside. It is open and had plenty of space for our family of 7 (5 teenagers). Management was responsive immediately to any questions. The beach is a short 2 minute walk and our kids spent hours in the heated pool every afternoon after the beach. We use VRBO for all our travels and this was one of the best! Definitely recommend

House was perfectly appointed and immaculate and beds super comfy. Pool was nice and warm. The grill HAS to be replaced we could NOT use it because it was nothing but rust inside. But other than the grill the house was amazing.

Very clean upon check in. AMI were very helpful if we had questions. Plenty of beach towels available. The three bathrooms were stocked with towels and washcloths. All around spotless. Would definitely stay again.

First time on AMI

Nice property- a little delayed in getting in at designated time(still cleaning), key pad had to be reset several times, nearly all TV batteries were dead and a few kitchen items could be replaced (coffee pot partially broken)- nice property overall just needed a little TLC towards those things would have eliminated the hassle with them.

Amazing Overall Experience, Highly Recommend!!

We couldn't have asked for a better location! Its just a few houses from the beach, and there is direct beach access at the end of the street. The free trolley stop was at the and block, which was a life saver! The house had literally everything we needed, all we had to bring was clothes and food! The kitchen is fully stocked for anything you want to cook. The linens were fresh and it just smelled good when we walked in :-) Plenty of seating for all of us inside, but who wants to be inside when you're on vacation in Florida?! The back outside area was the highlight. So much space, seating, the pool is much bigger than most on the island, there is a firepit to gather around, propane grill and still plenty of room for us to toss a ball around! Dealing with AMI Locals (the property manager) was the icing on the cake, their customer service is exceptional and I will definately rent from them again!

Beautiful stay

We had a wonderful stay in Anna Maria. The house looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and the perfect size for our party of 7. The beach is a very short walk across the street. The rental company was responsive and easy to work with. The pool was set to 91 degrees our first day (too warm for us) and they sent someone the very next day. They gave us travel sized toiletries in the bathroom and starter stuff like a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, and a couple of trash bags. There were ample beach towels and bathroom towels as well. The only cons in this otherwise perfect house were the beds. They were all uncomfortable. The one my husband and I shared had a huge crater in it and a sizable “hump” in the center. The sheets were also poor quality. One other small issue was the beach chairs. There were 3 usable ones and one that was rusted. We ended up renting chairs. Which wasn’t that much of a hassle. None of this would deter me, however, from renting this property or any property from AMI Locals again. Thanks for a lovely week!
