Looking for convenient, comfortable, clean place to stay? You found it. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Clean, spacious rooms, full kitchen (with full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils), washer and dryer, 65" smart TV, linens, towels, cleaning supplies, everything you need in a house, a nice backyard with mature trees and so much more. 100 yards to greenbelt and parks where you can enjoy a nice walk, run, or ride your bike. Less than a mile to shopping; just a mile to downtown Davis with many restaurants, coffee shops, cafes and bars.
