Rent this place if you don’t want to sleep

The host never sent me access info. I had to text her through the app the day we were to arrive. There were 2 hangers in the closets. I had to text her and she brought some late on. She hosts an upstairs unit and the walls are so thin, you can hear EVERYTHING happening upstairs. The AC wasn’t working and the temp inside was 79 degrees. So between the noise from our upstairs neighbors and the heat we weren’t able to sleep. This host shouldn’t be renting the downstairs unit when she has guests upstairs and should be ready, checking that everything is running Smoothly! I want a refund!

Asheville Visit 12/2024

Our daughter and grandson live in Asheville, so we always look for a place near them that they can also stay with us if they want. This place was perfect. 7 min from their apartment. 10 minutes to lots of stores and restaurants on Hendersonville Rd. and a great backyard for our dog and 2yr old grandson to run. The hot tub was a great plus at the end of the day.Jennifer was great with contact and easy to work with.FYI-the upstairs apartment lends to some noise here and there. Cleaning between stays is a bit loud due to the hard wood floors, but only lasts a couple hours. We would definitely stay here again.

Quaint getaway

Stayed there while visiting Biltmore. Was about 10 minutes from the Biltmore estate. Small but efficient floor plan.

Clean and comfortable house

We had the first floor of the house in an established eclectic neighborhood. It was scrupulously clean and beds were comfortable. The indoor hot tub was clean and well maintained. Drive to Biltmore was 5-10 minutes. Nice place.

Cross country transient

Great quiet stop in Ashville. Close to downtown town. Comfortable relaxing home, the backyard firepit was serene, and fenced in for our dog. Def could have stayed another night or two.

Very noisy

The house was great. Perfect location and house was very comfortable. However, the house is separated into a downstairs and upstairs apartments. We stayed in downstairs unit. The first night the guests upstairs were extremely loud but got quiet around 9 pm. The upstairs unit was unoccupied the second night. On the third and final night of our stay, I was woken up at 1:00 am when guests for the upstairs apartment arrived and were so loud I thought our apartment had been broken in to. They were very loudly climbing the stairs and their talking seemed like it was in our kitchen. Unless improvements are made to soundproofing or insulation, I would definitely not recommend this property.
