Great place right on the beach
This house was very clean, has a great heated pool and you are literally right on the beach. There are stairs down to the beach right in the back of the property and you can enjoy the ocean. I would say that overall, the house is in great condition. The only constructive feedback I would have for the host is to add some additional towels (especially hand towels) to the home, but other than that it had everything we needed. Communication was great and the host was always available in case we needed anything.We stayed during the end of January, so the wind was pretty high (it's the offseason, and more windy), so watch the doors - the wind can catch them pretty easily and fling them open or shut. The outdoor grill was like new, and the seating outside was really nice. We spent most of our time outside and on the beach or in the pool. Having the living areas separate makes it easy to get a way from the group if needed and you also have near complete sound isolation between rooms. Definitely a nice location for groups or families, and if your goal is to maximize beach time and relaxing, it would be hard to beat.
