About this property

Urban Escape - 3BR + Resort Amenities & Parking

Modern, spacious suite allows for creative space and relaxation in the heart of Vancouver. Features a large patio with easy access to fresh air and views overlooking the local ducks in our courtyard pond. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, small closet with hangars, and full ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen sized bed with storage drawers underneath, and a large closet; the third bedroom has a double bed and office desk with drawers for storage. The living room couch is new and has a pull out double bed with new memory foam mattress.

Close to many great shops, restaurants, a neighbourhood park, the Seawall, and a Skytrain to the airport. Common areas include a pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. Parking is included!

Other details to note:

This unit can accommodate up to 8 people. However, 6 adults is the maximum.

Depending on the season, we may not approve booking requests that leave a one night vacancy before or after the request. We also may not approve two night bookings that are requested more than two weeks in advance especially in the high season, we require 3-night bookings on weekends. Minimum 4-night bookings are required during the Christmas/New Years holiday unless approved otherwise.

Check-in time is between 4:30 pm - 10 pm. If guests need to check-in after 10 pm they MUST talk with the host well in advance, as arrangements will need to be made if we can accommodate.

If you require a pack and play we have one that must be reserved in advance. It is based on availability.

Pets are not allowed unless authorized by the owner prior to check in. Service animals are only permitted when assisting someone with a disability.

We have one secured underground parking spot included with this rental. The parking spot can fit a small to medium sized vehicle.

Great location near Chinatown

Very clean and well-appointed apartment near Vancouver's Chinatown. Walking distance to several great grocery stores and many good restaurants. Also an easy walk to the boat taxis to get to Granville Island.

Great location!

Location was great, close to skytrain stations and walkable to most places. Property was bright, clean and had all the basics our family needed and more. Host was pleasant, great at communication ( i.e quick to respond to questions/ queries) and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Vancouver next time.

Fantastic location and quiet

Had a wonderful stay - great communication and while it lacks the views of many of the high rises, you get quiet sleeping environment and walking distance from Rogers Arena and so many great restaurants. Well stocked kitchen as well as a Chinese market across the street. Wonderful aray

Good Apt Downtown

Nice 3 bedroom apartment in a neighborhood with easy access to transportation to other parts of the city. Check in/out process was a little complicated but the directions from the host made it easy. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Kitchen had all the amenities you'd want in a stay. Bathrooms were mostly clean except for quite a bit of mildew build up on the shower curtains that made the apartment smell a bit like mildew. A bit difficult to keep the apartment cool as some windows don't open. Overall we had a nice quick stay.

Excellent location for visiting Vancouver

We were a group of five adults and decided to book the condo due to its location and proximity to Skytrain station. We arrived by air and it was easy to take the skytrain to the condo as the station is just a few steps away. The host provided excellent service by responding to our requests in a timely manner. He provided us with clear directions how to access the condo. The condo was very clean and had all the necessities.

Difficult Entry Procedure

The place and location were great. The property manager was very helpful. My biggest concern was the check in. It took me over 30 minutes to get to my apartment. A key was necessary to enter the building and to use the elevator, yet they only gave us 2 keys for 5 adults.

Brilliant apartment

We loved the apartment which was very well equipped, felt spacious for our family of four and is in a well maintained and secure apartment block. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was great having two bathrooms and the beds were very comfy. Access to the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus. The apartment is well placed to walk to Gastown etc and access public transport. We loved the T&T supermarket across the road. Avoid using East Hastings as mentioned in previous reviews, but once we got our bearings we had a great time. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great accommodations!

This property has a great location. It is pretty and modern inside. It has better everyday supplies than any place we’ve ever stayed. The kitchen was really well stocked: it has spices, coffee, sugar, great pots and pans, etc. The bathrooms are spacious and also well supplied. The checkout process was simple Great rental!

We enjoyed our stay in Vancouver. Our unit was centrally located and we used many of the host’s suggestions in their welcome book. It was great being in an international community. Unit was a home away from home. Attention to detail was evident.

They make it their lifestyle to travel in between the homes, constantly improve them, and share them with others.

Eddie is snowboarder, rock climber, and sax player. Marv is an avid golfer, vegan, and sport enthusiast. Both Eddie and Marv have traveled all over the world.
