Cherokee Villa 4 BR/3 BA Private Pool/Spa, Game Room, Wifi

* We do not rent to or allow guests that reside within 4 to 5 hours away.

* Fully furnished villa in private gated community.

* No pets or service animals allowed due to allergies and weak immune system.

* There is to be no large gatherings or parties.

* Accommodates from 2-8 (ideal for one or two families)

* Includes 2 master bedrooms, walk in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms

* Private pool and spa - all day sun with beautiful sunsets. Removable child safety fence. Heat for the pool/spa is optional at additional charge. Pool is 86 and spa at 101.

* There is to be no large gatherings or parties.

* No RVs, Trailers, and Campers are allowed within the gated community.

* Game room including full size pool table, foosball, and air hockey table. The garage was converted into the game room. There is no air conditioning in the garage, but we have fans available for the summer months.

* FREE high speed wireless internet access, FREE USA / Hawaii / Canada telephone calls (including to mobiles)

* Roku enabled TVs and DVD players

* FREE use of: towels, linen, laundry, and kitchenware.

Our vacation villa is located in a gated community with secure access. The community is an ideal place to relax away from the major hotel areas, but close enough to take advantage of the area offerings, including Sea World, Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland, and many nearby golf courses.

The Villa is a beautiful four bedroom house with two en-suite master bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have cable TV. The layout of the house includes a common living room for the family to relax in as well as a separate sitting area den to get away from the activity. The roomy kitchen is central and is open to the dining and living areas. The game room is a great place to connect with the kids using the pool table, foosball table, or air hockey.

This is a single story house, so there are no stairs to climb, which makes it great for all age groups.

The pool/spa is in screen-enclosed and illuminated, and includes both a covered lanai and sunny lounging areas. A children's gate keeps young ones safe. The pool is on the south side of the house, so you have full day sun. Heat for the pool/spa is optional at additional charge. The view of the beautiful community Tower Lake is exceptional at sunset. This is a great place to relax after a full day.

If you enjoy golf, there are plenty of choices within 30 minutes from the villa. Some of these courses are Southern Dunes, Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, and Ridgewood Lake.

We enjoyed our stay here in Haines City. We were here planning a 100th birthday party for my mother in law. The property was easy to find and close to everything. The owner was great and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Exactly as Described
The description is on point. Everything met our needs. There is always someone at the security gate to check in all cars in so we felt safe and secure at all times. I love how it’s a pay it forward rental—there are already things in the kitchen like spices to make it easier. We used the grill a couple of times so it was great to have. The only concern was that most of the things in the game room were old and didn’t function as well but we were barely in there so it was fine. Overall, it was a great experience.

Wonderful Stay.
My family couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Cherokee Villa. Bill was an excellent host, and the house was wonderful. Our 3 year old enjoyed swimming in the pool, and playing hide and seek in the spacious house. It had everything you could want as far as kitchenware, and all the extras. It was in a perfect location to hop on Hwy 27, and I-4 quickly, but still in a very quiet, secure, and safe neighborhood. Legoland/Peppa Pig World were a half hour drive south, and Disney was a half hour drive north, so it really was the perfect location for all our needs. Will definitely contact Bill again if we are ever in the area.

Lovely Clean Villa
This villa kept us safe through hurricane Ian. Unfortunately that ruined out 5 day stay but we could not fault Bill or his lovely villa. Everything was clean, rooms are very spacious, the pool is a nice size. The location is good, right next to the security gate for the walled estate and only 5 mins drive from the big Walmart superstore. Hopefully we can return and not have to endure a hurricane next time :)

Fantastic home with an amazing Host!!!
It'll be nearly impossible to write a short summary of our wonderful stay at Bill and Beth Taylor's Cherokee Villa, but I'm gonna give it a shot: We've stayed at another property in this same neighborhood on a previous visit because of how close it is to my kids home. This home however, was a million times better with respect to the amenities, and condition... and most importantly the incredible Owner/Hosts Bill and Beth Taylor. Their communication was fantastic before we arrived, and also while we were there. If we reached out via email or text, Bill was there with a response very quickly. Their home was exactly how it was represented on VRBO so know that what you see if definitely what you get. The added bonus however was the amenities. There were so many dishes, glasses, pots & pans, towels, and even things like spices (which we definitely used when having pour kids over). There is so much room at Cherokee Villa and everything was in impeccable condition. The last thing I will say is that our trip unfortunately ended with an unexpected medical emergency. It was on the day we were checking out to head home, and we ended up having to stay longer. When we called Bill to let him know what was going on, he offered for us to stay another night so we'd have a home to come home to. I cannot say how much this meant to my family and I. This kind of selfless generosity is so awesome, and sadly in short supply in our world today. Cheers to you Bill. Bill is an awesome person, with a FANTASTIC rental home we will absolutely be staying at again. I recommend you stay here too.

Property was clean and as advertised. Bill was great to deal with and answered all questions amazingly fast. I hated having to bother Bill to change the thermostat in the house, but he changed it within minutes of me sending him a text message! (I'm sure some past renters abused the AC so now he has to watch it, can't say that I really blame him) Great house for a great rate, would definitely stay again.

Perfect house for 2 families, we were 4 adults and 4 kids. Very clean house. Kids enjoyed pool and gaming room. The fishing pier was a great addition for us. Very quiet neighborhood.

Haines City rental
The gated neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub everyday. We played pool and darts in the game room. Our bed was comfy. I would recommend bringing a big skillet there was two smaller skillets and we made that work.

Perfect house for us!
This house was perfect in every way. We had 2 master suites so each couple had a master! The living spaces are great because those working in the kitchen could be involved in the conversations of all the family that stopped by. We were there for our mother’s funeral and some of the relatives we hadn’t seen in decades! There is also a 2nd smaller living room perfectly located away from the main living room so when phone calls would come in the person could step into that space to have privacy and take their conversation away from the others. We will definitely return to this location!

Many of the appliances were like mine at home, except the range. W/D, Ref, D/W was awesome! It dried the dishes! The owner is the manager and he was there for every request! Pool was well kept, grill came in handy for lunch.

Our family enjoyed every minute in this lovely house & pool! The games in the garage helped us spread out and the toys in every room helped everybody get their own shows!! We cooked every meal in the kitchen with so many extra gadgets & pans available! We really appreciated the DW, ice maker & being able to do some laundry. There were plenty of towels & blankets and the auto-adjusted AC worked great. Our local family was easily able to join us for meals & swimming. The host quickly replied and acted on anything we asked. 5 stars in every category!

Why they chose this property

Since we live in a cold climate, we were looking for a warm winter retreat that we could share with our kids, grandkids, extended family, and friends.

What makes this property unique

We really enjoy the spa and pool, and sunsets at Tower Lake. We feel that the house layout is ideal, and combined with the spa, was the major selling point for us. It's a convenient getaway for us, close to two major airports (Orlando and Tampa Bay) and plenty of family entertainment. We also appreciate the gated community and friendly residents.
