Welcome to Rügen! We rent an individually furnished apartment in an old Rügen farmhouse with a large garden. The apartments have been renovated with great attention to detail. They are located not far from the Baltic Sea resort Binz centrally on Rügen. The object belongs to a painter's barn with a studio and exhibition area. From the quiet and close to nature house is only about 5 km to the sandy Baltic Sea beach. The apartment (40 sqm, max 2 adults and 1 child up to 14 years) has a separate entrance, 2 bedrooms, shower / WC and kitchenette. The apartment has a small terrace with garden furniture. A barbecue is also available. Fresh towels are provided on arrival and the beds are of course already made up with linen. Further details can be found in the description of the individual residential units. Parking spaces are sufficiently available on the property. For your brought bikes is a garaging available. It is about 100 meters to the public transport bus stop.

Apartment Chagall:
Our apartment Chagall is about 40 square meters, can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child up to 14 years and was modern and lovingly decorated. The old wooden beams of the farmhouse give this apartment a very pleasant ambience. A separate entrance leads to the kitchen with dining table and seating. The small mini kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, grill, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. From here, a wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where the living room / bedroom with adjoining small side chamber is located. The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed with bedside tables, reading lamps, sitting area, a modern flat screen TV and wardrobe. In the small side chamber with sloping walls is a bed for a child up to 14 years. Fresh towels are provided on arrival and the beds are of course already made up with linen. The small bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink. The apartment also has a large balcony with stunning views of the beautiful garden and a separate, covered barbecue area! It's a pleasure to have you here.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
