Welcome to Summit Haven Retreat A! Modern living only 2 miles from MTSU and a 29-mile commute to the Nashville International Airport! Bring your family and fur babies*, and enjoy the quiet and convenience of our quaint, family neighborhood. All the conveniences of home. So central to all the great shopping and restaurants that the Boro has to offer. Luxurious bedding with super comfortable mattresses for that much needed R&R after a long day of Nashville fun! Blackout and near blackout curtains throughout for late sleepers. Fast internet with free wifi during your stay. We have an electronic lock which also makes it easy for last minute reservations. Ask about our optional Sweetheart Special that includes a chilled bottle of champaign and fresh chocolate covered strawberries (must be at least 21 years of age). Summit Haven Retreat is a private duplex w/shared back yard.

*Pet Stay Fee is $15/Night/Pet
We do have a pet crate policy for this home. When dogs are left unattended we ask that they remain in their crates. If you don’t have one, let us know in advance and we can provide a clean crate for $10 per day rental. We also request that the dogs stay off the furniture and beds. We (and future guests) appreciate your compliance with our pet policy.

Very relaxing stay

My husband and I stayed while visiting our son. The house was very clean, comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was the perfect size for us and we would definitely stay again!

What a Cute Place!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We appreciated the Christmas decorations especially since we were away from home for the holiday. The house was very clean and cozy, and there were plenty of kitchen supplies and utensils. And the hosts were very responsive to requests and very friendly as well. I would stay here again.

Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our family vacation. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. We loved the backyard in the evenings watching the lightning bugs and bunnies. This duplex had everything we needed, including some thoughtful extras. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The owners made everything so easy. I highly recommend this Vrbo for your next trip.

First time

This was our first time doing a vrbo stay. It was a wonderful experience. We were traveling with my grandma and it was so nice to have our own bedrooms but then able to sit out on the porch together and drink coffee. We will definitely do it again if needed.

Exceptional and Pet Friendly

We came to town for our daughter’s volleyball state championship. This house worked perfect for our trip. It is newly remodeled and very clean. It had all the necessities you would need. The best part was being able to bring our fur baby. The communication with the owners was great. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and Comfortable Home

We stayed here for Family Weekend at MTSU. It was the perfect location, the home was comfortable and clean, with just the right amenities to bring our daughter over for a home cooked meal, and Jonathan and Dana were very kind and accommodating. We hope to definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay with the family!

We came in town with our two daughters and our dog to visit with family. The house was perfect, very clean and extremely comfortable beds. We were even left coffee and little cereals for the girls which was an amazing treat because we made it in too late to stop by the store first. This was a great location for us, I’d recommend it to anyone needing a rental in the area.
