This beautifully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo plus bunk is located on the 19th floor in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach at Boardwalk Beach Resort. It is within walking distance to Newby's, Longboard's, Hammerhead Fred's, Guadalajara, PCB Winery, Wendy's, Deja Brew, Bricks & Barley, and Emerald Falls, and is approximately one mile from Coconut Creek Mini Golf & Maze, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Race City, Signal Hill Golf Course and more! Boardwalk Beach Resort offers guests a large resort style zero entry swimming pool (heated in the winter), two hot tubs, kiddie pool/play area, tiki bar and corner market, both open seasonally.

This unit has been recently updated and offers almost 800 square feet of beachfront living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with brand new furniture (Fall 2024) expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico, a flat screen television, and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom has a King size bed and flat screen television, and the newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a bonus bunk nook, twin over twin, perfect for families traveling with children and a pull-out sofa in the living room, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

- Wristbands must be worn in pool area. We provide 6 in the unit.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- Guests do NOT have access to the Gym.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

    Best spring break ever!

    The property was amazing! Exactly like it looks in the pictures! Clean, comfortable, and safe… this property does not disappoint!! Plenty of towels, washcloths, and sheets for everybody! I hate when you go to places and you have maybe one towel per person! Best condo we have stayed in! Will come back next year!!

    Anniversary Week

    My husband and I enjoy staying in unit 1907 every year for our anniversary. We enjoy the pool and beach and the accommodations are great. Walmart is close by so we can cook more than going out to eat. The facility is just what we are looking for every year.

    We were very impressed with our stay at 1907 Boardwalk. The unit was nicely appointed, beautifully decorated, clean, and well stocked with just about everything we needed to enjoy ourselves for the week. The view from the balcony was wonderful and the whole property was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we are pleased with the stay. There were other guests of the facility who smoked weed the entire time we were there. We could not event let our kids enjoy the balcony. This isn’t the fault of the owner, which is why it didn’t sway my rating. My only complaint is that the furniture is heavily used and in need of replacing or repair. We couldn’t use the sofa bed because it was dirty or appeared dirty anyways. The bed in the master bedroom was in need of repair and replacing. It moved a lot when you would turn over and the mattress was not supportive. It was a good stay overall and I would stay there again despite the complaints with the furniture. The staff at the facility are not friendly, they actually come off quite rude and unhelpful. Again, this is not the fault of the owner so it did not sway my rating.

    Awesome Condo!

    We have been to PCB 5 times and this has been one of our favorite condos! Not overly packed like others. No wait time on elevators. Only reccomendation would be the king bed needs a new mattress but that can be an easy fix. Will definetly be back!

    Nice condo for a small family, right on the beach. The kids loved having a pool and the beach. Within walking distance of Pineapple Willy’s. Only one bathroom, so keep that in mind. Enjoyed our stay!

    Great Vacation

    This isn’t our 1st time staying @ Boardwalk Beach Resort & it definitely wont be the last. The condo is 1/2 mile East of Pineapple Willys & is not in the middle of all the chaos. For us, it’s the perfect location. Close to everything but far enough away to be able to enjoy less crowded beaches. Boardwalk runs a tight ship. Their security staff does a Great job & we always feel safe. Unit 1907 was just as described. Very beautifully decorated & all the items you need to prepare meals if need be. The bonus of the 8 free activities/day was so nice. We did the dolphin sunset cruise & went to Dave & Buster’s on a Wednesday (1/2 price games) & had a ball. We also rented a boat for the day @ Lagoon Pontoon. (LOVED IT) You won’t be disappointed if you decide to stay here. We will most certainly be back! & actually hope to become owners in the near future!! ——— (Restaurants we love-breakfast/brunch: The Pancakery, Another Broken Egg, Thomas Dr. Waffle & Omelet House, Taylor’s Breakfast & Lunch. Lunch/Dinner: The Wicked Wheel, Captain Andersons, Peppers Mexican Grill & our favorite, Uncle Ernies-best key lime pie EVER!!!)

    We chose this property for the view, access to the beach, and amenities offered. We weren’t thrilled with the pool and splash pad areas. Very crowded and strict rules (no jumping, etc).

    Nice Condo with Amazing View

    The Boardwalk Condominium complex from the moment we arrived to the unit itself and all its amenities never ceased to amaze us. Our unit was well-equipped, had a great view, and afforded a pleasant experience. Communication with security and their presence made us quite comfortable. As well, our host provided exceptional communication. Hopefully we’ll return to the Boardwalk for another satisfying vacation.
