Visiting family in Ionia

Perfect place to stay while in Ionia. Close to everything. Our in-laws were within walking distance. More communication about the check in process would make this rating higher. I messaged the owner, but did not get a response. Once we got there everything was ok, and the place was very nice and clean.

Great place to stay! It was clean, comfortable and cozy, everything we needed. Fully stocked with all the essentials. This will be our choice to stay here every time we come back to visit family.

An Excellent Option

Terra's place was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Options to stay close to family is limited, and this place has everything you need to feel like you live around the corner from your loved ones. The entrance is well lit and safe. The house was clean. The bedrooms are small, but she has dressers in the rooms so you can unpack and put your luggage in the hall closet. The kitchen is spacious with all the essentials. She has televisions in each room where you can log into your own streaming and also offers some free channels that come with Roku. The living room is carpeted - which I love - because it is cozy. I made my coffee each morning and caught the morning news curled up on the couch. We hope to secure this house each time we visit our parents. Strongly recommend.

Our 4th stay was great!

Terra is an amazing host! We love staying here when we return to Ionia. The apartment is in a convenient and safe area to navigate the city. We hope it’s available the next time we come to Michigan.

Wedding weekend

This was a very comfortable and cute apartment. Terra has a great eye for design and obviously takes great pride in keeping it clean and comfortable for her guests. Kitchen has everything you need and more, including a coffee pot, air fryer and toaster oven! Clean and roomy bathroom with plenty of bath towels. Bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. Living room was spacious and a great place to hang out with family playing games or watching a movie. We would defiantly stay again if ever in the area and in need of a place to stay.

Cutest place, wish we had more time there!

We only stayed the night to pick our kiddo up from camp, but i wished we'd had more time! The free fair looked amazing, the service at the resturaunt across the street from it was great, and we'd wanted to check out the theta but got there later than planned and we're tired. We'll be back next year and hopefully bring our kayaks for the cool river!

Great space!

We stayed here after a friend's wedding. The location is great! It was easy to find and we had plenty of parking on the road. Every detail of the space is very well thought out. The beds were comfortable. The cold filtered water in the fridge was refreshing. The shower was warm. The AC units worked great. The listing is very accurate and the host was very nice to communicate with. We would absolutely recommend this property!

Wedding prep!

I stayed there with my wedding party and my flower girls. It was a perfect place to get ready only 7 minutes away from my wedding venue. I highly recommend this place. We will be staying there again if we have any other housing needs in Ionia

Gracious Host and lovely space

My mother and sister from out of town stayed here. Close enough to walk to our favorite breakfast place. Terra was available at check in time and always very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend anyone visiting to stay here,

We wanted to stay in town near family in the area. This home fit the bill. Owner was very friendly and accomodating even providing some basic food supplies. The home has some original charm and the cozy space was furnished appropriately.
