Our beautiful home is completely remodeled with granite countertops, new appliances, new washer/dryer, a tankless water heater for endless hot water, and more!

This is transitional neighborhood with socially and economically diverse residents. You will see a lot of older homes, some in need of repair, mixed with new renovations and quaint vacation rentals. It is a central location, near main streets, but quietly nestled among Southern Live Oaks.

Self check-in. Perfect for couples, families, traveling nurses, etc.

The home has been completely rebuilt from the studs up so everything is brand-new and beautiful!

The driveway is gravel and can fit three cars, and there is a short paved sidewalk leading to the front steps of the porch.

The home is an open floor layout with two bedrooms and one bathroom in the hallway. There is a stackable washer and dryer and shelving with all the amenities you need: laundry detergent, toilet paper, extra sheets, trash bags, a first aid kit, fluffy towels, etc.

There is a back entrance with porch steps leading to the backyard, which is gravel and mulch and has a lovely fire pit seating area.

You will have access to the entire home.

Cutest little air b&b with the best owners!

This air b&b was perfect for me and my friends. We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and it was exactly how the website described! The property manager was super quick at communicating and even came to drop off some extra things we needed! Definitely recommend this place!

Great property and location!

We spent two days at this property and thought it was fabulous! It’s located in an up and coming neighborhood very close to I-26. There were many “touches” throughout the house that let you know that the owners truly cared about the house when they renovated and modernized it. We come to the Charleston area a couple of times per year from Columbia, SC and will rent this house again when we need a rental.

Great location

The location of the property was perfect. It was close to the airport, beach, downtown, plantations and restaurants. The home was perfect for a cottage. I enjoyed our stay there.

Great property!

Very nice house - comfortable. My daughter and came down for a weekend of concerts! It was in a great location, convenient to the concert venue. The house had everything you could want or need. I would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

National Cheer Competition

I absolutely loved the place! It was perfect! We were in town for my 8 year old granddaughter. Her cheer national competition was at the Charleston Convention Center (her team finished 2nd btw!), and we could get there in less than 10 minutes! The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress free! I would definitely stay again if I am ever in the area! Thank you so much!

Mini vacation

My husband and I took a quick trip to Charleston mostly to see a concert, but we did quite a bit of sightseeing also. Spent very little time at the house, but it was easily accessible for our needs. Didn't attempt any cooking, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and worked well.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I drove from Toledo, Ohio to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. I’ve wanted to visit Charleston for years and I’m so glad we did! The house was just enough for what we needed. It was clean, organized and had all the amenities you would need. It was so convenient having a washer and dryer to use. We were very comfortable and would stay here again!

Anniversary trip

We had a fabulous stay at this property! The cottage is so beautifully done...down to the minor details! And spotless! EVERYTHING you need is provided for and I cant think of a single thing that was missing! Its also quite close to historic Charleston and other great places of interest. Lastly, the owner is extremely attentive and responsive to any need you may have We would definitely teturn!!

AMAZING Stay - Highly Recommend!

I was in town for a girls trip and we stayed at this warm, inviting VRBO, only a quick 20-minute drive to Sullivan’s Island Beach. We were *obsessed* with the boho feel/vibe of this super-cute home!! The hosts had literally everything we needed, including a candy jar full of Starbursts! The towels were super soft and both beds were extremely comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again on our next girl’s trip or even with just me and my hubby :-)

Great getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful and very inviting. Megan and Chris were very responsive to our messages, even delivered fresh coffee for the coffee pot. Even though it rained all week, with a couple of breaks in the weather. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Also the pillows in the master 5 ⭐ rating. So comfortable.

Perfect place for the two of us

My wife and I came for the tennis tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that was easy to get to Daniel Island and Downtown. This fit the bill. Well appointed, comfy, and a great home base, this house was everything we expected. Leading up to our stay all of our inquiries were answered quickly and informatively. Lyft and Uber rides were easy and inexpensive to both downtown and Daniel Island. The savings made splurging on other things easier. I would highly recommend this house for a small group looking for a great place to stay in Charleston.

Cute house, neighborhood needs more "up and coming" to happen.

The property itself was immaculate, well stocked, and beautifully modeled. The neighborhood it is in is a bit questionable though so be aware. There was some police activity a street over during our stay. As long as that doesn't deter you, the place was great and located closely to all the areas you will want to see while in Charleston.
