The beautiful duplex apartment with plenty of space on 180 sqm living space is ideal for families and smaller groups up to 6 people and is located in the district Altdorf, in the charming hiking, wine and adventure Ettenheim / Ortenau between Black Forest and Alsace and is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours, for a visit to the Europa Park in Rust, for wonderful trips to the Black Forest, to neighboring Alsace and Switzerland, for city trips such as Freiburg, Colmar, Strasbourg or lakes, such as Titisee, Schluchsee, Lake Constance. Families or smaller groups with a large living space need recreation in the comfortably furnished apartment with large living area with parquet floor, upholstered furniture, lowboard and Smart TV, south-facing balcony with sun loungers. Info and games room, free Wi-Fi. The bedroom KIDS-YOUTH is equipped with two single beds, wardrobe, a large chest of drawers (on request with changing mat), TV-board and TV. For children under 3 years, a travel cot can be placed. The bedrooms TAUPE and LAMELLE are equipped with double beds, 3-door wardrobes and chests of drawers, including bed linen. The fully equipped kitchen with comfortable corner seating area offers plenty of space for cooking, eating, baking and breakfast and is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water and egg cooker and much more. If necessary, the corner seat group can be supplemented with a high chair for children under 3 years. The bathroom has a comfortable corner bath, double sink, shower, toilet, small balcony with clothes horse, hair dryer, bath and hand towels. The guest toilet is equipped with toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer. A spiral staircase leads from the living area to the winter garden with a cozy sitting and barbecue area, table tennis table and seating area in the garden from May to September. Free garage car and motorcycle parking space and parking spaces for bicycles are available. Further parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The local bakery and butcher's shop is within easy walking distance. Larger shops, such as Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Kaufland, DM, Deichmann, KIK and other attractive shops are also within walking distance or by car in a few minutes.

Straße etwas eng. Aber Parkmöglichkeit in Garage super. Sehr gr0ßzügige Wohnung. sehr gut eingerichtet. Alle Geräte vorhanden. Bad und Küche Ausstattung sehr gut. Straße tags etwas befahren, aber nachts ruhig. Süßer Wintergarten mit Innenhof Garten. 2 Gehminuten, dann ist man im Grünen. Übergabe durch Frau Boehm sehr freundlich.
