This modern 44 square meter 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor with a large furnished terrace facing south, which is accessible from the living room. The cozy living area is furnished with a couch with sleeping function (lying area 160 x 200), coffee table and TV. The modern kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, etc. and adjoining dining area, is integrated in the living room. In the bedroom, guests have a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) for a good night's sleep. Sufficient cabinet space is a matter of course. The bathroom is equipped with shower / toilet and sink. A parking space and a bicycle storage are located in the underground car park. Washer and dryer are available to guests for a fee in the basement.

In the Baltic Sea Ahlbeck is located in an exposed place, directly behind the beach promenade, the apartment house "Miramar". The city center and the well-known historic Ahlbeck pier are only a few steps away. The location can be described as particularly attractive. In this comfortable apartment house you will find lift, underground parking, steam room and sauna with whirlpool. In the accompanying solarium you can get a nice holiday tan even in winter.
