We will be back!

This is by far the best place we have ever stayed in the Fort Lauderdale area. We will be back. Nikki was so easy to work with! House has a great layout. Pool was excellent! No complaints from this picky family!

Superb

We couldn’t have asked for more. The property is excellent, has everything you need and is close to all the great restaurants and beaches. From the very beginning of the booking, our exceptional host Nikki made sure everything was as we had hoped for. She could not have done more for us 🙏 you’ll love the location and the many amenities in the area. We will be back

Spectacular vacation experience

First thing first Nikki is an amazing host if we could give her ten stars we would. She is definitely a super host. The property was like staying at a resort and had everything you you could need on a vacation. It was super clean as well. The pool and outside area is picturesque with the heated pool as well. The entire family had an amazing time and we are already planning on returning again. We couldn’t of asked for a better host, accommodations and location. Thanks again Nikki looking forward to staying again.

This spot is fabulous

Totally amazing layout…. So much space for being outside if it rains…. Pool was clean and heated like I had asked…. We were close to all of the things…. Beach and food and shopping…. Great communication with Nikki…. Super fast to respond and always helpful…. The house was clean I didn’t feel like I needed to come in and do a quick wipe down…. All the beds were comfy and plenty of towels and pillows and blankets…. Would absolutely stay here again !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Annual Family Trio

We absolutely loved this beautiful four bedroom home with three separate wings that provided some privacy. Our two daughters, two son-in-laws and three toddler grand kids had lots of room to spread out. The screen porch is great for gathering and the pool is fabulous. There are wide stairs and a bench in the pool which is great for toddlers. There are also many pool and sand toys which were a big hit! The lush landscaping in the yard is like a resort. The kitchen is centrally located so you can meal prep and not miss out on the action. There are many spices and some condiments which is helpful. Our host Nikki and her team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely come back if we vacation in this area again

Absolutely exquisite propoerty

My family and I stayed at Nikki's Rio Vista property in March 2024 and had an absolutely amazing time there. My parents are elderly and wanted something nice and quiet. We could not have asked for a more beautiful and perfect property for our stay. The grounds are gorgeous, the house is in in a beautiful old world part of Ft Lauderdale close to everything but far enough away that you feel like you are in a special place on vacation. The landscaping around the house is so pretty, the lounge chairs around the pool were so comfortable, the seating area in the back was chill and so cozy, we had our breakfast out there each morning. The bedrooms are very spacious and everyone had their own private space, the interior is really well appointed (I live in downtown Manhattan where everyone's apartment is gorgeous so I'm picky!) The kitchen was so well stocked and had everything I needed at my fingertips. Nikki was unbelievably responsive throughout the stay checking in on us regularly. Fort Lauderdale beach was a short drive from the house as was Las Olas (we could've walked but again my parents are elderly.). All in all, it was an outstanding trip and we will absolutely be back. Thank you Nikki! Oh and she was so sweet about allowing us to arrive early and leave late... couldn't have asked for an easier, more pleasant and responsive host!

Can't wait to return

We had a fabulous stay! The location is ideal- peaceful yet not far from anything. The home was amazing! It was meticulously clean, had lots of amenities, and was well stocked with kitchen supplies, spices, and not just starter sets of toiletries. There are two very well appointed bedrooms on each side of the house which is perfect for privacy. We loved having two super comfortable living rooms and had lots of room to spread out. The kitchen and dining areas were spacious and we enjoyed preparing meals there. The crowning glory of the house is the wonderful, large pool. We spent a lot of our time lounging both indoors in the fun Florida room and outside. There are lots of loungers and we could not get enough of the beautifully manicured yard! We truly didn’t want to ever get out of the pool. It was very hard to leave this amazing home! Honorable mention to Nikki, the property manager. From our first interaction, no question was too small, she was always available and accomodated our requests. She made sure we had everything we needed and we can’t say enough good things about her. She is a wonderful hostess and we felt pampered. We can’t wait to return!!

One word - AWESOME

Don’t walk but run to this rental. House is large, clean, stocked, and pool is the deal!! This is the best VRBO rental we’ve ever stayed at. Thanks Nikki for everything!!
